Lower my payment today review: They are a scam 1

This company promises me that I would have to pay $149.00 for they to take a look at my case with my mortgage company who is Americas servicing company. I pay the $149.00 they told my i qualified for them to take my case and that they could get me a loan modification so I started the process 1500.00 my lender call me said I was denied the loan modification and the my case had been close when I try to call lower my payment i was told that they can reopen my case but they needed more money it was then when I explain to they that I didn't have anymore money and if they could refund me the 1500.00 because that's what they had promise if the loan modification didn't go throught this is why I believe in them an trust them but now they won't refund me my money.
