Saya telah membuat online payment dan order bunga untuk hari valentine. Payment dah masuk tapi barang tak sampai. Kita call number customer service takde orang jawab. Facebook banyak pelangan dah buat aduan, tapi syarikat ini memang ambil duit tapi tak hantar barang. Email pun tak reply, call pun tak jawab. Payment di buat pada 12 Feb 2015 (petang).
I ordered flowers through online purchase from love.com.my in September 2016. The flowers was delivered but some of the flower was squashed. I complained at their website, emailed and called them, but there was no replied.
i have the same issue with this. on mothers day i order bunga. but it was not delivered. i email them few times and no one replied until i post something on fb. they finally emailed me back but telling me that they can redeliver the flower with additional charges 50% of the original cost. i refuse. im waiting for the reply from them regarding this.
