Joseph M. Todd, P.C. review: Misrepresented 2

Joseph m. Todd was my attorney due to an automobile accident. I needed to receive treatment therefore, joseph m. Todd, p. C. Referred me to a chiropractor that began to add charges onto my account for services i had not received, upon reviewing the itemized bill. I spoke with joseph m. Todd about the matter and told him i'll be filing against the, chiropractor and disputing the added charges. However, joseph m. Todd yelled out abruptly and stated not to file against the chiropractor but, to instead have the chiropractor to file against me in court and let the chiropractor pay out of pocket for the court cost. Believing that joseph todd had my best interest, i agreed. He then stated he'd call the chiropractor to get them to file with courts.

I continued to call joseph todd to receive update on whether or not he got into contact with the chiropractor and each time joseph todd claimed to have not been able to get in contact with him. This fiasco went on for two years until i became tired of the waiting and stated i will file no matter what. Yet, to my surprise, joseph todd stated he would give me the funds that were in escrow if they didn't respond within a certain time. Joseph todd later stated for me to come to his office to sign papers that would release the funds to me, since they hadn't responded. Again to my surprise when i arrived to his office he handed me papers to sign where he was suing and filing against me in court. I later discovered through a person at the court where he filed that he, was stating in his claim that he was tired of the burden of myself and the other party (Chiropractor) .

I later discovered by going down to the courthouse and reading the claim in its entirety that he had it set up to, where he would, give, the chiropractor all of the, said funds in escrow after a, certain period of time even though he'd promised me the same.

Attorney joseph m. Todd is a lying deceiving person who does not have his clients best interest at heart.

I should've realized this when on more than one occasion he had other clients storming into his office angry and upset, demanding to speak with joseph m. Todd. Please take heed, avoid this attorney like the plague.

He is greedy and dishonest. Only one attorney in his office practicing at least, 7 different types of law. That should be enough evidence to show he is overwhelmed but greedy and self - serving only in it, for the money not concerned with his clients best interest
