I called jennifer for help in march 19 2014 she told me that i needed to send her deposit for materials that she will be sending by fed ex. Its been about a week and i have not received materials. Before i sent the money she emailed me an agreement that the deposit will be given back to me after i use the materials. Materials never came as soon as she got a hold of the deposit she started to not communicate and she wont give me a definite answer about when she will be sending back the deposit because i told her that i dont want to get help and that i never got any kind of package from her. She asked me to send the deposit to a person named frankie wilson by western union. This person told me in the beginning that she will keep in contact but never got any results. And she never kept in contact i constantly had to call her but mostly got her voicemail.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I got scammed by her/"her mom" as well. I was actually able to work with them in person. They have office in 840 s. Baldwin, arcadia. i Have two other phone numbers which worked. One of them is # at the location, but since i started to call that #, she said it's for family only (lie because there's neon sign of that # on the window of the office). So she blocked calls. I paid her "deposit" $2, 450, which she promised to give back in 10 days, and it's been almost 4 months. Since I did use the crystals, I was not going to ask for all back, but i just don't think this is how she should end her work. Her mom (Catherine) says she's been in business for 20 years--that's impressive how she avoids all those calls from victims. If you need more info, let me know.
