Cathryn Lyons is a liar! And she's a stupid **tch.. (she can't even get his name right!- It's Dr. Franklyn Beckles, Jr.!) Her pathetic attempt at damage control, only proves that the complaints against Janet Larson is true! (and there has been alot of complaints from other patients). I'd have more respect for this lousy medical clinic, if they were honest, and just admit that they have done wrong to their patients, and that they are trying to do better- NOT cover up the way they have mistreated their patients! I know this, because Me & my wife have been mistreated by Larson and her incompetant staff. And I've been informed by our Attorney, if their are any more malpractice & patient complaints against the crappy medical offices of Janet Larson, Eddie Cheeks, & Radhika K. Subramanian, there will be a upcoming class action lawsuit, and more complaints filed against them & their horrible staff! So watch your backs ladies and quacks... Because people are definately watching and investigating you... Thank God, for The Complaints Board!

With respect,
I understand if you have had a negative experience -- and I am very sorry if that is the case. If you came to our office, it must be because you or a loved one experienced a high-risk pregnancy, for which I express my condolences -- I have seen friends and loved ones myself go through much emotional upheaval with complicated pregnancies, and my heart truly goes to you.
If you feel that improvement is needed in my office, then I beg of you to speak to me, share your experience with me, so that I can work to make sure that future experiences are positive, and future outcomes are as good as can be. With your help, my staff can work to combat whatever bad experience you had, so that you - and your complaint here - can have a positive effect for your future, and the future of other families.
A complaint on an internet forum is a shout in the dark -- please, talk to me, and I will turn your suggestions into /actual change/.
