I paid approx 6000 GBP in total to a webdesign firm in London called
LimeTree Technologies Ltd (www.limetreeonline.com) for creating a custom application using
software such as FLEX, JAVA, HTML 4, and PHP.
People from London are generally nice and fair when it comes to
understanding. However there are some that are just greedy and
selfish minded like the CEO of this company who is called MALCOLM
GRAHAM.
I thought I could save some money in the longrun by accepting his great offer.
He actually approached me using an online forum. The kind of forum where lots
of companies submit their best prices to do work for other businesses. On this occassion however it´s turned
out to be a nightmare of not only poor service but also not being given anything in return for my money.
The person who received all the money is MALCOLM GRAHAM and he received all the money to

I´m very upset by this and will no longer be
trustworthy to using any UK based web companies.
I specifically used LimeTree Technologies Ltd as they are based
in a good area of London, the capital of the UNITED KINGDOM.
These companies make others less trustworthy to use other external companies.
Simply as they are corrupt and serious con men!
The CEO of this company will speak to you like you're his best friend
but when he has your money, you´ll be ignored. The developer
who was working on the project was called Ian Oh. The supervisor was called Mike Lee.
The fact that I never even saw any visuals prior to the CEO Malcolm Graham said to me, ¨You'll receive the Beta version
once you have paid the second part of the payment¨ explains something.
The worse part is after seconding the second part of the payment, he did not release the Beta version.
This is very bad and I would like to report the user and company.
If you are seeking web development, web design, applications etc.
I warn you now, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
You´ll be left with nothing! Not even a penny in your pocket, they are that bad.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I disagree with Robin Eyre and I believe the author who wrote the complaint. I too have had problems with LimeTree Technologies Ltd and Malcolm Graham. Their company offers slow service and I feel very sorry for anyone who has been robbed by the company. Malcolm Graham is into benefit fraud and most of all being unfaithful to his clients. LimeTree Technologies Ltd should be closed down due to such poor service. I don't see the company surviving in the current market. London thrives on good business! Not poor service.
Do not give any briefing to www.limetreeonline.com and do not pay them any money. The company is one big scam.
I disagree with Robin's comments and LimeTree Technology Ltd are very slow and offer a bad service. Be warned and do not give this company a single penny. They are one of the most untrustworthy companies to do business with online and in London. I had a very horrible experience with them.

I completely disagree with the above comment. My experience with LimeTree was quite the opposite. Malcolm and his team developed our new website, www.collstream.com, and did a fantastic job. Simon, Project Manager, was excellent, very attentive, quick to respond, helpful, and nothing was too much work. I would wholeheartedly recommend them - and I have.
I 100% agree with the author, had a very bad experience with this con man, please dont use him. He doesn't pay his employees much and if there are any, they are on work experience. So they are very poorly experienced, slow and do not offer the right customer satisfaction. As a customer you will be in dark . DONT use this fellow, he is very greedy, selfish, has no moral values. I lost 1000s of dollars because of this dude. take my word for it, He IS NO good!
