I purchased a DeWalt tool kit from Shopify.com on 3/21/20 off of a Facebook add. The $99.00 debit charge went to Idreammart.com and the order confirmation had a [protected]@hotmail.com contact for order status. The order confirmation provides links to my order status and their store, neither of which work. This is smelling more like a scam every minute. Since Idreammart allowed the transaction to take place on their account, I either want them to return my money immediatley or I want to speak live to someone woh can provide me a legitimate tracking number for this purchase.

I bought a traditional dress from Idreammart and my order was made in late January. According to what they promised I was supposed to get my order within 14-21 days, but nothing arrived.
Then I contacted them and they promised to check my order status and contact me back later. They never did that and no matter how hard I've tried I wasn't able to reach them. I heard nothing from Idreammart for over two months but last weeks I finally received a message. It said that my dress was no longer available so they cancelled my order. Refund wasn't even mentioned. I tried to get in touch with them but failed. Idreammart is not to be trusted, don't give them your money!

iDreamMart is terrible! I ordered something from them and asked for a quick delivery and even paid some extra to get my items as soon as possible. They promised I'll get my order within 10 days. 10 days later I asked them about my order status because nothing arrived. They said that my order was shipped and was on its way. They were absolutely ignorant and didn't offer any help!
My original order was placed back in May but it is now late August and still nothing!

This was the worst online shopping experience ever! I paid some extra money for rush delivery and was supposed to get my order in 5 days, but three weeks already passed and there is no sign of my dress! Contacted iDreamMart 3 times and they kept telling me that my order was on its way and assured me that it will arrive soon. But still nothing and I'm so frustrated! When I asked for a refund they said that was not possible because order was already shipped. I told them that I want the money which I paid for the express shipping back, but they refused. Still waiting for my dress!

I ordered dress from the website www.idreammart.com. I waited for the confirmation email or the tracking number, but this scammer didn’t provide any info about my order. I sent multiple emails and asked about the status of my order, but no response. I told them to return money, but again they ignored me. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
