This company mustn’t be used under any circumstances! They commit acts of animal cruelty. A few weeks ago, at my place of work there were a few feral cats present on the property, thus our property manager called Humane Animal Removal to have them removed. They sent out a trapper, we told the trapper that one of the female cats on the property had just given birth to some kittens a few days before and to not trap her because she is still breast feeding. We even requested he give us a couple of days so we could attempt to find the babies before he traps her. He vehemently refused, and gave us a nasty attitude!
Against our request he laid out his traps, and succeeded in trapping the mother, along with a few other adult cats. When he trapped the mother she was crying and meowing hysterically for her kittens, we tried to convince him for over 20 min to release her, and he rejected our requests. We even had another friend come in order to attempt to convince him to let her out of the trap, and he still didn’t care, he just threw the mother cat along with the others (whom were all in metal traps) into his "humane" company vehicle and drove them down to Miami Dade Animal Control Services to have them all euthanized. We just stood there helpless crying, and there was nothing in the whole world we could do about it.
It took us over 24 hrs to locate the kittens. When we did, one of them was already dead, the other 3 we immediately took to the vet. At the vet we were told the 3 surviving kittens were severely dehydrated and malnourished due to the fact they were separated for too long from their mother at such a very young age. They were so small, their eyes were still shut, the vet told us they were less than a week old. One of the kittens has been on iv's at the vet for the past 4 days, he is on the brink of death! The other 2 we have to feed with a special bottle several times a day.
We made a desperate attempt to contact Humane Animal Removal to ask them if they can change their policy concerning lactating female cats, and they refused. Since its obvious they are a money-making business. My best advice for anyone who has a cat problem, don't don't don't call this company, instead just spay neuter and release! There are plenty of low cost spaying and neutering clinics in South Florida, which charge as low as $25 to neuter a male cat, and $35 in order to spay a female cat (the reason its so cheap is because these services are provided to feral cats/ street cats only). By doing so you will keep the feral cat population under control, and thus the nazi butchers of Humane Animal Removal won't get called out to kill more cats!

YOU murderer stop blaming other people for YOUR mistakes. YOU heartless pathetic excuse for a man. You caused my grandmother pain and suffering. You took a fixed, healthy owned cat with a microchip and got it killed! Your company needs to be shut down!

Hello everyone. Yesterday my grandmothers cat was trapped in a cage by her next door neighbor. (hes a crazy old man that kills cats and had my grandmothers cat killed on purpose) Then this company called Humane animal removal picked up my grandmothers cat, brought it to a private vet and three hours later had the cat put to sleep. Without checking for the cats microchip in which it had. The man I talked to on the phone, rob said that we cant see the cat because they buried it already. This cannot be right for this vet to do and there is something very sketchy going on. Especially after telling me they buried the cat and then saying they brought it to a vet to get euthanized. This cat was a beautiful loving cat and was not feral, she was adopted through the humane society of greater miami. Her animal ID was A15893998 and her name was bambi. If anybody knows the legality of this situation can you please help our family and get justice for our cat. My grandmother has been crying all day and night.
Thank you.

P.s. The man rob will not give us the info of the vet who put our cat to sleep so we will be ordering a subpoena to see this man in court to go to that vet to see why they put my cat to sleep. I have a feeling the next door neighbor hurt our cat badly.

Here is the company's site.
Please share.

Mr. Trapper Rob Hammer,
Either stop making up lies or either you're confusing me with someone else! The previous property manager didn't care if we fed, but the new one was the one who had issues with it and who called you guys to come out. AND WE 'WERE' SPAYING AND NEUTERING THEM, even the new property manager was aware of it but he didn't care, we even mentioned to your trapper that a few of them had eartips. But before you guys came out there were only a few remaining unsterilized feral cats (including that nursing mother). But since we only possesed 1 trap, so therefore we were catching them one at a time. Also post surgery males require 24 hrs of recuperation and females 72 hrs before releasing them back out, and in addition to the fact that I also have a small apt and I could only look after 1 cat at a time, thus we were limited to doing only 1-2 cats per week. We been at it for 2 months before you guys came out and laid out a [censored] load of traps.
And kittens which are a few days old require feeding once every 2 hrs. The day before you guys came out we were traping and that lactating mother actually started walking towards our trap and we had to shu her away because we wanted to wait until her kittens were at least 6 weeks old, and eating solid food on their own, before we trapped her. But then you guys came out and caught her for the sole reason that you guys are a money making business!

What you neglect to tell the public is that the OWNER of the property hired us to remove ALL cats as people like YOU were feeding them on their property and even when asked NOT to feed the feral cats, you continued. You were told that if YOU wanted to catch the cats and take them away that YOU could do so but YOU were too lazy. Why didn't YOU get the female spayed? You knew that none of the cats were sterilized but you continued to feed the strays thus helping the cause of our stray cat overpopulation. The peoples children that got hookworm thank you. PS. Unattended kittens will not die within 24 hours of dehydration, it is very normal for one of the kittens to die, this is part of nature.
