nowdownloadall.com review: Fraud 15

Agree with all comments on this board. Scammers.

I was new to torrent downloading and unaware of the pitfalls. They scammed my credit card for 'lifetime membership' when I'd only agreed to buy a seven-day trial. Fortunately, I taken and filed a screengrab of what I'd agreed to buy (my normal practice buying online). Credit card issuer (MBNA) completely clueless and unhelpful. Then I phoned UK Trading Standards. They connected me to a UK National Internet Fraud Intelligence Unit. They logged it and referred me to the UK Financial Services Authority. I also visited (in person, not online) my local police force. They logged it as a crime (obtaining by deception) and are pursuing it through their Fraud Unit.

Finally, after several messages left on their website board, they return emailed offering to refund. However, the refund was a tiny fraction of what they stole from my credit card. So I messaged again, telling them that police were seeking them, and another email appeared promising a full refund. When that arrived, I settled the credit card account and closed the account. Interesting that the website showed a Cyprus registered office address, the phone line (London code) was answered in the US at EST; and the refund reciept was emailed from Russia.

You have been warned!

I spent like nearly the whole day searching 4 a suitable website 2 download movies 4rm.- meaning safe(no viruses), and that can be accessed worldwide. & I was using da net without an anti-virus, but at least I know not 2 use nowdownloadall.com & got som clear advice on what 2 trust & not 2 trust. Thanx y'all.

It`s not a matter of course to get the money back since the payment was ment for access to torrents that leads to illegal piracy.
Don`t misunderstand, I download torrents and piracy software myself, FOR FREE.

NEVER give complete strangers any creditcard information! That`s just stupid !
Only sites with a good reputation and good feedback from earlyer customers can be trusted.
If you have given strangers your creditcard information they can take any amount of money from your account at any time later. Block your card, get a new !

utter scam .they took $22.25 USD from me and am still unable to download ! you again and again redirected to the same page saying "ACCESS DENIED " . they say to login to get ACCESS but no avail a page saying members arena / dowload zone is opened which is utter nonsense ! so be aware of it ! don't use it at all!

Just for fun: type a random string or a bad word in their "SEARCH" control. They will answer the file is available and downloadable!

You have to pay for it, obviously...

This place is absolutely a fraud site, I have always refused to join this sites, but in a moment of stupidity I fell down in the tramp. After you paid, they guide you to download a software "360Share Pro", this and nothing is the same, you never get anything, they scam me 24 dlls.

Just one more comment on these torrent scammers; don't visit sites directly via google to download. I find it best to enter your search request in the top right corner and click on the magnifying glass {in my case it is utorrent.}

These companies take advantage of people like myself and others who are new to downloading. I went for the lifetime option and they haven't charged me any more than they said they would but I am not taking any chances and have not done any downloading with them. I have since become more savvy at torrenting and my advice to all of you guys is to watch out when using bittorrent sites to avoid the "sponsored" download sites that promise very fast downloads. These are the sites that redirect you to nowdownloadall et al. If you want the fastest downloads go for the ones that have the most seeders and make sure you go for the files with the most leechers.

these people are utter PENISES, they also run a site called www.unrestrictedownloads.com. they recomended i try there 7-day trial membership for £1.99 but when i looked at my bank statments they charged me in excess of £250. i was go pissed of but when i phoned there wonderful customer support team (which dont exist) there was an automated voice stating tht is was out of working hours. this shows it is a scam because it was plainly in working hours as it sais on the website. the automated customer support call says tht 24hrs 7 days per week. Offficial warning: dont use unrestricteddownloads, nowdownloadall or the mymp3 one. this person/group have many diffrent websites running most of them advertise a 7-day trial membership for £1.99 so please be careful when visiting any site youve never herd or know of.

Complete scam. They try to say they have the content you want, and get you to pay to download it... but it's complete BS. BUT they are paying to have ads on torrent sites... so, click on the ad when ever you can to support the torrent site, but just ignore nowdownloadall.com.

Likely a russian mafia scam. If they were smart ... they would put up a real torrent site to take the millions that mininova.org was making. Think about it.

I am at this moment in dispute with this website, again it said £1.99 for seven day trial I cancelled same day and they agreed and said that I would still have to pay the £1.99 so agreed then I find out they took £49.62 £47.00 more .I have made a complaint and they send a e-mail saying they would refund £25.62 if I take out a download package for £22.00 so have repeated REFUND, Refund immediately still waiting for reply.

I will be calling [protected] in the morning. I just got a trial membership today. I sent an email when I discovered this is not what I was looking for. Besides that I the file I wanted didn't work. I tried several programs to convert. None of them work. Their player wanted me to download exe file that my anti-virus said was high risk. I canceled by email on the same day. I did receive email that I submitted a ticket. If it comes down to it, I will change number of credit card. Oh, I should have looked this up before I even signed up.
This is related to fastdownloadzonecom. Someone from complaint site for fastdownloadzonecom had the phone number. They were on the phone 5 minutes and was given a confirmation number. They open at Mon- Fri 8 am est - 7 pm est.

I can't even Cancel.
There is no way to contact them. There is an email where you stand in line for a ticker number and they never reply.
and if that's no worse enough, they have all my credit card information!
