I am in a really frustrating situation and would greatly appreciate any help or guidance You can offer.
I have previously placed an order at Holland Boutique (https://hollandboutique.com/) for €51.54 and have not heard about the shipment and did not receive my products (the money was taken from my bank account). I have tried to email and Whatsapp their contacts for many times, but did not receive their response for six weeks already.
I want to receive a refund for my shipment right now and make a case against them in order to secure future customers, because they are liars and scammers who steal money without providing production.

I have had three orders with them last year, the last in the summer sometime with no problems.
However today I have been trying to get on their site with no avail. The picture of the coffee I always order flashes brief and then the page goes bank. Tried it several times, I hope its just a temporary computer glitch on their end.
I am also having the same experience. I have tried several times to contact them via phone and email to no avail. I made a purchase online and have not recieved any response or anything. I live in the Netherlands so my next step will be to make a personal visit to their regester place of work.
I had the same experience. Their Facebook page comments confirms that the store is an online scam. I am disputing the charge through my visa credit card account but I am shocked that credit card companies are still allowing this fraudulent business make transactions! They really should have been blocked by now.
