This is an on-line flight simulator war game charging 14.95 month. They are constantly reducing capabilities while keeping the game at same price. You can only play when and where they want, and cater to children who whine allot. If you complain about the deterioting game experience, etc. they will cause you to have problems, disconnects or other issues that restrict your gameplay.

Having played this game for nearly 15 years I can tell you there are definitely was to game the game. Not cheating per se. But definitely gamey. The biggest problem is nothing is ever updated. It’s the same planes, same vehicles. Damage modeling is bad. Always has been. They have never been able to get that right. 4, 30mm cannon shots from a me-262 should complete destroy a P-51D . But more often than not the 51 or any other plane will continue to fly. Some would say film it and send it to HiTech creations. Ok no problem. Send the films in nothing changes. Maybe you get some wishy wash answer back. And honestly this happens in tanks more often. I don’t do the vehicles but I listen to people complain about being in tigers and have multiple rounds bounce off of Sherman’s and T-34’s. History will tell you no Sherman ever built was taken 5 hits from a Tiger. In most cases the first hit killed everyone inside. I still maintain a subscription mainly because I don’t want to give up the well over 80,000 perk points. But I’ve only played a couple times last year. I check in just to see if anything is different.

I have been playing since 2012, I spend any where from 2 to 4 hours a day on the game. I love it. Aces High 3 has added VR, making the game even more immersive. And complaints about $14.95 a month!? I spend more than that on toilet paper a month.

You don't realise how good this game is until you try some of the others , with their baffling restrictions , ridiculous viewing systems or any other number of faults. For freedom ,simplicity and enjoyment Aces High can't be beaten. But there is one serious problem-hackers. I've experienced players spawn with their turrets already turned towards me , pull off outrageous shots from distance and at speed while building up unrealistic scores and I've found myself struggling to outmaneuver very inferior aircraft despite years spent learning the game. It's still great fun and I really miss it but it got too much.

Hi

I came to AH when it was beta back in 1998. I had been in Warbirds for about 10 years before. As an old Army aviator, I enjoyed these programs. I stayed in AH up until about three years ago when my CH controllers quit working thanks to Win 10. Not able to fly, I thought i would save the $15 per month while I got the controller problems fixed. Along came the plague and other things and I was out of AH until now.

I tried to download the program to get back in. Couple of things happened. The program won't install. Keep getting message "error opening file for writing". Second thing when I set up user and password AH was to email me a code number. No email. I knew Hitech from the WB days so tried to call them on the two phone numbers I had. Both disconnected. Noticed on the Forum (I have never stopped being there) that skuzzy might still be around somewhere.

So, has Hitech gone out of business? I can't seem to find anybody.

Last time l was on, I flew witha couple of mates from squad that I came over early with.

Any advice?

I played for years, and I quit because of people with multiple accounts. You would NEVER be #1,2, or three without a second and/or third account. I thought it was ironic that the same kid that said he was slated to go to the navel academy was running 3 PC's and the separate accounts to be able to see and avoid/attack other players. It was a year or two later the navel academy was rocked to it's core by a cheating scandal.

The worst was having people on your own team mark your tank with smoke so you could be easily bombed. These are the kind of people that aggravate others and ruined game play for others because they thought it was fun to do so.

Yeah, the group that did things like that faded but I believe it was due to the cost of upgrading their PC's was too high.

There are still a few mouthy punks in the game that just whine and cry but overall the game has been improved, new maps, better graphics and less "gaming the game" weasels are on.

I just discovered this forum. Although I can see that most of this thread is very old, as a competitor of HiTechCreations.com I cannot remain silent about this.

When I say that I am a "competitor", I must provide some explanation. I am fanatic about computerized flight simulators and I have purchased more than 50 of them during the past 40 years. I've directly recruited at least a dozen people into the hobby, and my web sites and published resources have undoubtedly influenced hundreds of other people to join in.

As a computer programmer, I wrote my first flight simulator (space flight for Tandy's TRS-80) back in 1979. As flight simulators became increasingly sophisticated during the 1980s and 1990s, I learned about Dale Addink as a consequence of his generous contributions to the "Air Warrior" community. I flew Air Warrior off and on as I could afford it until its demise, whereupon I discovered that Dale had formed a team and developed "Aces High". I was one of the first to subscribe, and I urged old Air Warrior friends to join, too.

I LOVED Aces High from the getgo. It was the best flight sim I had ever tried up to that time, and it just got better and better during its early years. I became a dedicated admirer of Dale's prodigious talents as a programmer. I was very active in the Aces High Community. Some Aces High old-timers might recognize the three handles I used online and in their web-site forums: "Whiplash", "Peabody", and "bbosen". In fact, for many years, writing as "Peabody", I was the very most active developer of offline missions for Aces High.

For 25 years during all of this, I ran my own, California-based, software company. We wrote very serious, cryptographically based Internet Security software. I'd come home completely exhausted after hours of deep coding, and Aces High was the outlet that kept me sane. I found it very theraputic to climb into a World War II warbird and join in the mayhem. I've still got files documenting the way all of the great old Aces High veterans each shot me down at least once. Sometimes I gave as much as I got. Those were great days!

During those challenging 25 years running my own software business, my interactions with Microsoft, Apple, and a few other companies convinced me to switch my allegiance to the Open-Source software world. I abandoned Microsoft Windows, but I continued to fly Aces High on PCs running LINUX, relying on the free "wine" emulator. I used LINUX to develop, fly, and publish dozens of offline missions for Aces High. Those missions are still published on the Aces High website.

During those years, I developed a love/hate relationship with HitechCreations. I think I was rather hard on them. I gave very energetic support to everything they did that was free. Back in those days they were very generous. They even allowed me to host a free server for Aces High, and I kept it running 24/7 for several years. I know of a few people that got their Aces High introduction on my server and eventually became subscribers. I subscribed off and on, but I kept returning to the free stuff. I'm sure I frustrated Dale a bit. Perhaps he didn't know what to do with me.

I got very frustrated with the way Dale handled big upgrades. The switch from Aces High "classic" to Aces High II was rough on me. I had to upgrade all of my computers when AH2 came out. But I got over it. I upgraded all of my computers for compatibility with the new AH2 demands and wrote a couple of dozen new offline missions, publishing them on the web site. That was a lot of fun, and IMHO my missions were generally regarded as the most "epic" of those published back in those days.

But over and over again and again and again, as Aces High was improved, they paid no attention to the small community that (like me) had invested a great deal of time into these offline missions. It was generally necessary to re-write all of the offline missions after every significant Aces High upgrade, and those upgrades came frequently as Aces High just kept getting better and better.

For my purposes, the best version of Aces High was version 2.12.4, from around 2010. That was the last version that supported free servers like the one I had been running for years. I tried to update my suite of offline missions for subsequent versions, but all of the energy seemed to fall out of the little community that had been enjoying them up to that point.

Dale tried hard to keep me happy. At one point he and Skuzzy called me on the phone and offered to give me a powerful PC with Windows on it, fully configured with development tools and related training materials, to help me make the transition to the latest version of Aces High, if I would make new offline missions. I seriously considered this offer and even accepted it for awhile, but I had to warn them that I would make no promises regarding my productivity or enthusiasm for commercial software. Eventually the idea fell by the wayside with no ill feelings on my part. I hoped Dale and Roy felt the same.

In about 2014 or 2015 Aces High III came out. At that point, my flight simulation lab had about 8 PCs in it because I was hosting Aces High sessions for all of my grandsons and the occasional Boy Scout troop. Most of my PCs were rather old and although they were adequate for Aces High II on LINUX, they struggled to run the early versions of Aces High III while emulating Microsoft Windows. It would cost me a lot to buy 8 new PCs to keep up. I became discouraged and I was unwilling to switch back to Microsoft Windows.

But I could not give up on this wonderful hobby! I tried several alternative flight simulators, but none of them would run on LINUX as well as that beloved old version 2.12.4 of Aces High II did. I kept my lab thriving on that old version and hosted a lot of "LAN" parties with it, but I had always had my own views of a few things I would like to do differently...

In 2015 I decided to write my own combat flight simulator for LINUX. It was a BIG challenge. My efforts were DEFINITELY inspired by Aces High.

Now it's 2021. My combat flight simulator for LINUX is now six years old, and it's been downloaded by thousands of LINUX fanatics. I'm very proud of it. The experience has only increased my admiration for the technical prowess of Dale Addink! In spite of my spending six years full-time coding my brains out, I know that my flight simulator will NEVER be as good as Dale's! For the old-timers wanting a comparison, I might flatter myself to claim that it has just surpassed "Air Warrior" and is now in the ballpark with the original "Aces High classic" that Dale first published as he founded HiTechCreations.

So my "competitor" status comes about as I offer a free, open-source alternative. Because it is LINUX-based and does NOT run on Microsoft Windows, I really don't think it hurts HighTechCreations economically. At least I hope not.

Dale and Skuzzy have always been fair to me. Even when they could legitimately question whether my influence was helpful to their enterprise, they allowed me to publish hundreds of messages on their web site. I was never banned or even warned. I flew hundreds of online sessions as a subscriber, and I sponsered THOUSANDS of online sessions on the free Aces High server they generously allowed me to run even when I was NOT a subscriber. As a software developer that has actually written a combat flight simulator, I am happy to publish my unique perspective on Dale Addink: In my expert opinion, Dale has done more than any other person to advance the art of online combat flight simulation.

It's evident from this thread that several people are unhappy with Aces High or the people or the company behind it. I know from direct personal experience that it's impossible to run a software company for very long without making a few people unhappy. It happened to me too, in spite of my best efforts and the efforts of a fine staff of good people. People have bad days from time to time, and sometimes mistakes are made. Aces High simulates COMBAT and, as a consequence, it naturally cultivates emotions and competitive spirit. OF COURSE people are going to have negative experiences from time to time... After all, it simulates violent struggle and death.

At this point, after nearly 20 years of casual interaction with Dale Addink and his team, I can only testify of my own experiences which are, overall, of the highest order. I can't speak for anybody else...

Thanks Dale!

I too just discovered this forum. And because of your entry I had to create an account just to say...Dude your awesome for what you said about Dale...Skuzzy (retired) and the others at Hitechcreations.com

That is 1 of the nicest things ive ever seen written and I hope that Dle knows about this or has seen it. I dont know anything about Texas but you and Hitechcreations and its servers are located in Texas...would be cool to pop in and say hello. Although right now Dale is going thru some tough times (personal and health)

I have spoken to him 1 time on the phone and he seemed to be a really straight forward/nice guy.

But anyways...again thank you for saying such nice things about Dale/Skuzzy and putting it out there just how much work goes into creating a game as this. Just like you I have played many WW2 flight sims and there is nothing out there that i could find that competes with AH3.

Peace N Love to all

ACES HIGH IS A TOTAL RIPOFF! The complaints on here are VALID. Its funny watching the people that are the ones actually causing the problems with the game are the first ones here to say otherwise! CARRIE BROOKS must service the two unemployed guys who run the business out of her bedroom, she could NEVER work a regular job anywhere! None of these clowns could! Game play is crap, the regulars who play in there live a delusion that they are top gun material, most have never even SEEN an aircraft, let alone fly one! Do yourself a favor, AVOID this game like the plague! There are companies out there who deserve to get our money, work hard at customer service and improving their game, these people DONT!

Aces high is a ripoff and fraud! Little kiddies run the game. The first poster is right. When you call for tech support carrie brooks laughs at you, and you can tell you are calling to some clowns bedroom, not an office. Also, everyone has shade accounts. Because they are too coward to ruin their real account. People like wooki1, wooki2 and wooki3, havemyer, drkhorse, and so many other little kids who think they own the game. Hitech knows they have shade accounts and does nothing about it, period! They control the cv's, are incredibly rude to new people, then talk smack on the private channel, like real internet warriors. Most of these little kids have never left their mommys basement, have never achieved a single thing in their miserable lives, and they sit and try and control everything you do in the game. And hitech does absolutely nothing about it! The people like wooki1, havemyer and the rest of these total idiots have no life, this is where they live, and you are far better off doing the two week trial and just wreaking havoc on their little world. Now that is fun. When the time is up clear that crap off your registry and do it again. Go ahead, they dont care! Everyone does it, save your hard earned money!

Aces High was once a good game. It is no longer a good game. The remaining players are toxic and paranoid to new members of the community to the point where they have even chased off potential customers with their behavior. The majority of the remaining players all have a similar game play style which makes online play boring and tedious. They frequently come to the aid of HTC when a negative criticism comes up by bashing it into the ground and doing everything they can to silence it. Many of the remaining members have never played a game other than Aces High and act as self proclaimed experts on these other games that they have never played.

Skuzzy will remove any post that challenges what he knows and will post false information and make irresponsible recommendations to customers that has the potential of damaging their systems hardware or software and will deny all credibility. When requesting help through email, he will dodge the question for the sake of not doing work continuously insisting that the issue exists on the users end rather than the systems end even when it is very clearly the other way around. His moderation is a joke.

HiTech will censor any post on the forums that portray his game in a negative light and have taken action in an attempt to do so on other websites as well. Rather than taking action to address the issue he would rather censor all voices towards the issue because it is easier to do. He has an ego that is unable to recognize when something is criticism or a personal attack and simply censors all of these posts collectively. He no longer cares about this game, as is evidence in his work and work ethic. It is a lost passion but one he still holds on to as his only crowning achievement. HiTech claims to have flown a real P-51 but he would have had to go through several thousand hours of specialized training across multiple aircraft before he would have been allowed to take the stick. He frequently uses this lie as evidence that he knows how to correctly model an aircraft's flight mechanics but doesn't seem to grasp the more basic concepts of vintage aircraft flight mechanics. These excuses are frequently thrown out when the game is compared to its competition from DCS and War Thunder. He claims expert because he rode in the backseat of a trainer aircraft from the war and does everything he can do discredit the voices of other pilots who would know better than him simply because it would reflect the inaccuracies of his game.

At it's peak in 2005 this game had over 1200 people online at one time trying to get into servers, at its peak today there is little more than 150 people online at any given time. The game is a shadow of what it once was because the CEO would rather listen to and believe his own lies that he knows how to run a business than listen to the player base that is addressing real issues. Having claimed that he knows how to run a business HiTech has chased away multiple business opportunities to grow and keep the brand alive. He has chased away several employees and has run the game into the ground. The smart thing to do would have been to hire someone who actually knows how to run a business and let HiTech stick to coding the game.

The game has a two week free trial for new players but this is not enough to learn everything there is to learn in this game. At one point many years ago this may have been the case but now it is simply not enough especially when there are no players that seem to be willing, or have the know how to teach someone who is new to the game. It has been suggested that some arenas be open and free for people to learn in without having to pay any money but this is constantly shot down by the elitist mindset of the remaining members of the game. The current subscription price of the game is outrageously high for a game that has such low numbers.

In summary this is a game that I can not only not recommend, but I cannot urge people strongly enough to stay away from this game. It is not worth the time. It is not worth the money.

These guys at HTC make a regular mockery out of customer service. In fact, it could easily be said that Roy (Skuzzy), has is probably responsible for at least 1/2 of the drop in numbers since the "heyday" of Aces High a few years ago. He can't answer an email (complaint or otherwise) without adding a smart-assed remark... and makes a habit of avoiding the issue, valid or not.

I would also add, HTC has an "inner-circle" of people they tolerate, and favorites-playing mods in-game. One can be cursed openly, and if you respond even mildly in-kind, you get muted (not voice, no chat)... try to call the Mod out, muted for an hour. Continue... weeks or days. "Mods" might be necessary, but the juveniles HTC entrusts to such positions make it ridiculous.

I won't even get into the dual-account folks, who generally exploit the game by spying (a TOS violation), or griefing other players (a TOS violation)... as long as your one of the "in" crowd, you're good to go in that regard.
For an independent game company, they don't act like they like having lots of subscribers.

Does anyone remember Titanic Tuesdays? Room for 800, often with over 600 in arena. It doesn't happen like that, at all, ever, any more. Most I have seen in the past 3 years is almost 300 players. The management, Dale really, insists on a "non-commercial" model, he'll be quick to say he is not in it for the money. He intends to provide a specific experience based on his vision of the game and specific players. Opinions other than his detract from the vision and detractors are not the specific players he wants. That is why an entire interest group can be banned from the forums over a 12 hour rule; they thought their opinions mattered - actually they did because the opinions helped to identify undesirables.
I was recently, after 7 years of membership, banned from the game - for life and for hacking, I was informed. I did not hack, but since Dale determined that is only my opinion, I can only detract from his ban experience by stating it. Then I tried to open a new, unique account, was billed for it and immediately banned without ever accessing the servers. Upon inquiry Carrie Brooks informed me that it was not their policy to refund, even though no services were rendered.

The game experience is mediocre, there are not many opponents and many players complain of hacking; support is abysmal unless you agree with them, so good luck if you have a problem; the unique world Dale attempts to create only serves to alienate and drive away experienced gamers - he wants a clan of about 50 of you positive reviewers and no one else - and finally: they clearly have a problem with hacking; my own reactionary experience proves they are willing to over react on the slightest suspicion - not a good sign for an online company that has no Punkbuster, or any sort of anti-cheat software...

I love the game and have been playing for about 7 years. My complaint is that when I try to joke around on the text channel, sometimes I get muted for having a good time with the guys. What a joke. Once I was muted for 5 minutes. After I was "allowed" to speak again, I said that "I got muted for 5 minutes lol" and the game moderator muted me again for two hours. Totally Unreasonable. Tonight I was just joking around again. No profanity. Nothing racist, never. I was muted three times. I really have a problem with that.
If there was another game I would change. I can't wait until there is. I don't like being scolded and watched like I'm a child. It really pi$$es me off. Hope I don't get muted for that.

I just quit playing AH due to the ### and complaining from players. Don't get me wrong not everybody on the game is like that but it seemed like a vast majority were starting to end up that way. I am sorry but I have a lot of better things to do then listen to a bunch of 40 or 50 year old "men" complain. It really ruined the experience for me, but other then the complaining the game is very fun when you can actually get members of your country together and destroy some stuff. I will never play that game again...

This OP is an idiot. I've been playing Aces High since the demise of Air Warrior many years ago. The flight modeling is superb - so much so that the individual quirks of each historical aircraft must be mastered for you to become successful in it. I have seen NOTHING in many years of gameplay that makes me think that the Hitech (the operators of this game) treat anyone differently, or have "favorites". What I have seen is a consistent approach to booting people out of the game that harass others - so if you plan on hopping on the in game chat or Vox and swearing up a storm or harassing people, you can expect to get booted from the game, or at least muted. I have the feeling that the person starting this thread is probably familiar with this concept.
Best hours to play are 6pm - 2am US Eastern time. Not as many people are on during working hours. They also run many historical events, snapshot events, air races, Friday squad OPs, etc - where you might see 300 people fighting it out.

The op is disgruntled because he couldn't hang with the big dogs in the first week of playing.

It's so sad that these days that so many spend more effort on trying to figure out how they can be a victim instead of working to better themselves. It's the world we live in today. Nobody fails because they didn't do good enough, it's because the didn't get their "fair shot"... Thanks Mr. Obama for fostering this attitude. You have bought a lot of karma I can assure you. Aces High is just about the exact opposite of the rubbish the OP spouted! Don't take my word for it just try it FOR FREE! For anyone who has the minimum requirements for hardware, just download it and you have access to everything any paying subscriber does for 2 weeks.

It is challenging, and the tons of happy AH players are there and willing to help new players. I will advise you to go to the Training Arena and setup all the views for the aircraft of your choosing. There you will find several areas that test your effectiveness in several areas of combat: bombing, tanking, strafing, and grab one of the many volunteer trainers and bring a notebook (even the most seasoned veteran of flight simulators will gain some knowledge of real physics and flight characteristics of WW2 aircraft).

If adding WWI arena, Dueling Arena, Custom (player created environments) Arena, Playground (Mission based online player created AI and combined online player) Arena, plus many more arenas each with calendar events... is what you call reduction of services?

I wonder how many more services would be reduced if HTC had a staff larger than a dozen... The OP needs to go sit in a corner and think of what nonsense he has tried to pass off as a legitimate complaint.

The game is what it is; I enjoy and have always enjoyed it. Air combat in the sandbox environment is very dynamic, challenging, and a lot of fun. The only problem I have with the game is not even really related to the game. It is HTC's handling of the BBS, which is really a joke at this point. It's moderation is extremely biased in many cases and in others comes with little reason. The recent 12 hour rule debate and HTC's effective gag order on the subject just blows my mind. People were actually, no joke, banned from the forums for having pictures that evoked the number 12 in their avatar. At some point HT has to take a step back and say, is this really the best course of action for moving the game forward? It's so stupid, I can't even believe that they let a non-issue (i.e. people voicing their opinions) get to the point where they began banning people. There is an entire forum with hundreds of users created for the sole reason that they were pushed away by the moderation on the BBS. It just boggles the mind.

Let's get a couple of things clear.
A. I've been playing this game since 2005 and have a profound interest in aviation - the community is mostly older folks who enjoy aviation, flight models, and Air Combat Maneuvers, while some players can be highly competitive, we all have the same #1 interest, and it is a lot and fun to play with and against those people.
B. This game is HARD. While it is not as complicated as DCS. The flight, stall, and experience of the players, as well as the sandbox type atmosphere, make the game challenging and always different.
C. Hitech creations DOES NOT enhance the planes for "people they like", this is a myth. I can guarantee you hitech does not do this as I assure you, fester is not on that good of a side with Hitech. Some players are actually THAT good.
D. 14.95 a month is really not that much money.
E. They are creating a brand new game engine that is sure to compete with " high graphics" enthusiest.
F. They have made updates to planes and fields over the years.
G. Tons of planes, tanks, and bombers to learn makes the game great for scenarios and play time.
H. It is addicting as hell.
I. I can guarantee you, the person who made this thread is not experienced in AH and has no freaking clue what they are talking about, nor are they good enough to make accusations about the skills of other players.
J. This game takes a while to learn. I don't care how much you think you know about aviation or online flight sims, this game will be a challenge you cannot put down.
G. The customer service aspect is probably the only part that is lacking because they do not have a solid business aspect toward their game. It is ran by coaders and game developers, not by business men. It is my only critical downside, however, this does keep the game steady.

I have to agree that the original poster is trolling. There is nothing wrong with Aces High. It's a MMO combat simulator based on the World War II timeframe. It allows for in-game communications between players via voice and texting. It allows players to form squadrons and units. It has lots of special event days where they recreate historical battles and engagements in the air, on land, and sea. And for $15 a month (or 3 Starbux Lattes) you can get hours of fun. The game is currently undergoing a development upgrade to introduce better graphics and has been actively support by the owners and staff and give great client support for their customers.

The OP is an imbecile. I've been playing for 5 years and have zero complaints. HTC is located in Texas, not Ohio as the OP claimed. Customer service has been great, the sandbox type environment is great, the fact that nobody can pay for an advantage is great. The game does have a steep learning curve, so ###s like the OP of this thread often have difficulty at first but those who practice get better.

i have played since 2008, and the numbers of players keep going down, most arenas are like ghost towns now...a declining game that still charges 14.95 a month...sometimes. check your bank statements and you will find every once in a while they double charge you, if you dont catch it, they keep it. it has happened to me and at least 17 other people, that i personally know of. the other problem is sometimes you can not log on, later the company posts they had server problems that day, you do not get a refund for the days you paid for but they can not provide game play, how nice of them to accept payment for something and not provide it, lol. you can also influence others game play by reporting their chat on voice or via text, this allows groups of people to effective bann a pearsons ability to speak to other players or chat via text. that person then has to call hitech via phone for a review, that is if they are open, there is NO support on weekends.if this happens on a friday, you have no communication til monday.the problem seems to be the current large number of people who do not want to fight, they simply want to shoot you down without a fight, if you try to fight them, they simply run away by diving their aircraft to low altitude over their friendly base, where their friendly guns kill you if you follow. stale gameplay is the number one reason that seasoned vets are leaving in droves from the game, too hard to learn all the controls and air combat manuevers to be competitive and have fun is the number one reason new players leave after two weeks free trial.

I have never read such a line of BS. Tell me a game or utility that does reimburse you for days lost for reasons beyond their control. LOL

The game will bore you within a short period of time.It is always the same gameplay.Dont try to be the best there, you cant, it is the AH staff that makes them win so they have they favorite players and they alway hit and always fly better. It is a big cheat after all with the help from the AH staff. Those favorites like bruv119 or fester pay probably a bit more to get those favors.

Aces High is fun for the few Dollars you have to pay each month and it is very interesting at the beginning but soon you will find out it is the same play day i day out.If you are looking for strategie or tactics you will be disapointed.About the players and their character well it is the human race like it is.Fact is Hitech Creations have their favorit players! They shoot better and their planes fly better(always)and you can ask yourself why!Think a bit and you will find out.If the people from Aces High dont like you you will have problems. But as i said for the few dollars who cares, if you like Ego Shooter with good made planes go for it and find out yourself.

Playing Aces High since 2006, by far the best game online. Customer service provided by High Tech Creations is something all other companys out there should learn from. They are an A+ company, with an A++ product.

For less than 50-cents a day, day after day, it is without a doubt the most fun one can have on the internet, and also the greatest investment one can make on the internet that goes twords the development of new and additional content.

The game has constantly been developed and expanded for over the last 11-years. The date of the OP's comment regarding "constantly reducing capabilities" coincides coincidently with a period of time in which many new changes were implimented that expanded the capabilities of the game and presented new challenges to players. Specificaly, a major update was done to towns/villages, which are a key contributing factor to the mechanics within the game of capturing large bases/airfields/territories (capture enough, and you win the war), and was a patch that instilled much grief in the community because it changed a basic fundamental component to the everyday bread-and-butter staple in the game of capturing bases and territory in an attempt to win the war.

Aparently to the OP, this new town layout (pic w/o color - dark dots are dwelings, light lines are bush/hedgerows, dark lines roads/bridges) was a clear and obvious reduction in the capabilities and quality of the game and it's gameplay... I'll leave it to those with eyes to judge for themselves...

It is arguable that the OP is himself one of the finest examples of imature and needy children within the community of the game, eager to complain to anyone who will listen about their own personal "deteriorating game experience" simpley because "they are constantly reducing capabilities" by updating, expanding and evolving 11-year old content and material.

I have been playing since 2006.
The only complaint that I would have to make is that the game is addicting.
It is the most fun one can have on the interwebz for $14.95/month.

I've played since 2006 and have nothing but good things to say about HighTech Creations. They do an outstanding job in development, updates and customer support. The OP is wayyyy out of line here.

I have also played this online game for at least 7 years now (with some off and on due to family obligations), and have had nothing but a fully enjoyable experience. I have played video games for well over 20 years, and there has never been, in all that time, any one single game that has kept my interest for over 7 years.

The original poster is a well known paranoid troublemaker. He tries to cheat and ruin the game for others, and then he complains when he gets warnings from the game owners/developers. HTC doesn't harass paying players. If a player complies with the terms of service, they have unrestricted access to the game. If the player does not comply, then they're suspended or booted from the game. There isn't any middle ground of harassment or degraded service, and claiming such an incident is utter paranoia.

I've played this online game since about 2000. It's a great game that has been constantly improved over the years.
