Guys I think its time to stop ###ing.Fine people are not happy with the way the work and train their employees but they definitely do good for the society. I am an ex employee settled abroad and yes like other girls I went to different places, met different people and approached them for donation.I also trained other team members and I became branch manager too.Ofcourse I was paid decent amount for the work I did.I left the company when I got better opportunity.Its not easy to go meet people and ask for donations. I was not comfortable in the beginning.But today when I look back I feel so thankful to god that he made me learn things hard way during the initial years of my career and that experience helped me cope up with diffrent people I meet today Internationally. FYI Im an Assistant Buyer working for one of the biggest chain of retail store in Europe and travel around Asia, negotiate with the suppliers to get best deals for the store. Global Vision surely helped me to make what I am. And yes they help Cancer patients to the max extent budget allows. You cant say that NGO is fake because you dont like the way they operate. All the NGOs opearate in more or less similar way.They hire people to collect money and pay them for the job they do.They are promised that they will be promoted after certain period of time depending on how good is their leadership skiils.Rules to approach people differs from country to country.Like in UK and Singapore representatives usually stand the shopping malls/ Metro station/Airport and community events to approach people.They carry files with them to demonstrate the work NGO does and give proper receipt to anybody who contributes.Does it mean all the NGOs around the world are fake ? Now pls dont say k Vo UK/ Singapore hai and ye India hai. Hamare log and government itni bhi bevkoof nahi hai.If this NGO is fake and so many people are having complaints then why this organization is stilloperating? Im sure you wont find any proof to shut it down.If you search in the website called as Glassdoor, you will find filthy complaints about every single company existing in the planet earth, posted by their present and ex employees .So yes, All the companies existing are fake ! But we have intelligent bunch of people here in this forum who are 'Masters of Filthy Language' and are sure that they are extremely knowledge! All the best guys.. Keep wasting your time !

i do agree with the complaint about cheating...
They do call for interview for post of managers and without proper interview they do select the people.
the very next day they call for training. they do rehearsals for asking donations and how to ask and what are the steps to get the fund like so on..
then they do send for streets to shops and for many offices to ask for donations ..
they say to join about 10 members under the person as a team.
if you join 10 members they say they will promote as you as a manager.
One of my friend who is working there went to give seminar about this ngo for raising fund, the people in the organisation have called up the hospital and enquired about the patient. they said that there is no patient of that name.
So please beaware

I appeal public to avoid donating such organization, you never know where this money goes, may be some terrorist act too. so not to single paisa to these kind of organization. There are many scheme from govt of India like Rajeev Gandhi Jivan dayini yojana where people can get treatment free of cost. There these so call social NGO don't guide people about these schemes but beg for money for other casue. they may be helping 1% people just to show on papers. But most of them are fraud or doing some business behind this so called social cause. SO don't show any mercy for such calls - most of the time these are girls appointed just for [protected] salary or even now a days students are also their target. daily you get 3-4 such emotional call and if you help all of them then I am one day you will be begging on street and no one will help you.

In night they are looting foreign people saying they have problems with there computers.
They show false virus in the computer and take money to repair. the computer which is not there.

I know this global vision ngo n it's bangalore branch...one lady assistant manager is there who is devil...many girls left d organization dye to her...she has been giving unsocial lesson to d girls working there...marriage is only for sex...don't listen ur husband...leave that all n work for ngo...aabusing there husband in front of them only...but..surprised that girls leave there organization but they never come up with their voice..otherwise they will simply listen..whatever she says..

I joined this ngo and worked there for 5 days... it is a fake ngo and their only motive is to make money by preparing well qualified girls to beg for donations in a sofisticated way.

yes this ngo is really fake...i joined this ngo few days back...and beleive me they really prepare us for convincing people to give donations...my senior made me roam around from one office to another...and i dont know why they have a rule that we cant exchange numbers from other collegues...now i have left that organization becoz i dont want to earn money by making people fool becoz all the money goes in the salaries of the employees and in the pockets of the managers.

I got a marketing call saying a chemo injection has to be given to a child. I thought about it and called back today. I got the same message. Sounded little funny and a small search led to this forum as well as many other complaints including a TV9 interview with an ex-staffer..

Way to improve credibility : Appoint reputed auditors and put out audited financial report on website. Get an affiliation with reputed hospitals like TMC and arrange for direct payments to the hospitals

Poo I guess you are a so called faithful employee of this so called ngo.. big applause for that.! I dont know y the hell you post on portals saying that u need hr executives, & actual what is given is go n beg in the corporate is this what you call it a executive job? # u guys. if anyone had to donate they will donate by on their own.. that to this bloody #ing organisation has one more rule that every girl working for them should be trousers n formal shirt lol.. no big org have this rule but this has.. one more stupid thing was we were not supposed to anyone over there who had come with me for the interview, nor with any other employees present over there, just in a dear that there bloody # things would come out if we would speak to them. later however when I spoke to some of them got to know the reality, how these girls were screwed to beg & achieve the targets of begging i. e collecting funds. that girl was literally in tears & was asking me please dont tell that I told u about this., she was not even given her salary properly because of targets.. girls please have proper info before you join.. dont just go by posting in portals.. because fakes like global vision do exists. who cheat you & call you by saying its a hr job & offer u begging job..

Just now I received the call from lady a representative of global vision ([protected]) telling that three and half year cancer affected girl need a help for her treatment. and global vision (ngo) wants to help that girl by my donation. why such ngo's are registered organization if they are not having money and begging money to others. "begging money for others help" is nothing but the shameless act. tata's, birla's and ambani's and so many groups having their own organizations to help the poor people. I don't want to go in details whether lady representative was fake/true or organization is fake / true but from my point of view many ngos (not all) in india are making money for themselves and for their office staff, possibly very little fund may be utilized for the purpose for which organization has established. it has become a business for them. government should keep watch on the work and funding of the ngos. no self declared transparency by ngo's should be entertained.
at least on behalf of public, I request all the helpful and kind ngo's not to disturb us by calling on phone and disturb us.

I would also like to share my view on this fraud company. I am a MBA Graduate(Bangalore) holding an experience of 3yrs. I had quit my job in the month of JUNE with good MNC only for the sake of growth, then where i got to know about the requirement from Global Vision. Initially when i got the call it was told that the position would be into HR Executive/HR Generalist. Though it was not a big company i went down for an interview . Let me tel you this guys are holding a branch in bangalore as well. The lady manager took an interview for hardly 10 mins and told me that i would be initially put has an executive where i have to meet corporates give a presentation about the organization and get a money from them. Once i complete 3mnths, they will make me assistant manager where i have to take care a team of 10 girls. Only then i will be working an HR aspects. She offered me a better salary also and tld me will update about my selection in sumtym. But strangely this guys called in an hour and tld me i am selected and have to attend the training very next day. In my own words this is not a training instead they will show you how to beg on road in a corporate level. And make a point that the girls have to look beautiful and get dresses only in formals. Then i thought that thr is somethng wrng and dint attend the training from the second day.
Now i am working in a good organization in a better post, wnever i conduct an interview i have even met many girls who have been cheated from this NGO
This bloody ###ers take poor girls leave them on road and get money to fill their stomach. This is an other way of doing prostitution as a legal business without selling the girls body.
I think this so called GAY's take help of girls only in ###ing also. This shows they are not capable of doing anythng on their own as they are paralysed.
I want some one to take serious action on this NGO and SAVE POOR GIRLS

Last year after my graduation I had applied for jobs on the usual portals. within few days I got a call from global vision. they asked me to come down for a personal interview. I went there and I was surprised to see a really crammed up office. while I waited for my turn, I could here some girls screaming on the top of their voices. I know how management training works and thought this was one of those management games. the interview went fine and the process was very similar to what is mentioned above by others!

I was badly in need of a job back then so I continued to work for more than 15 days. after the 3 days of training, I used to be allocated a region and sent all alone. being new to the city I was very scared of traveling all by myself. there was an occasion wherein a man misbehaved with me on the road. but when I cried and told the reporting manager he/she didn't seem to take any cognizance of it. few days after this incident I stopped going to office. it is the most scary experience I have ever had in my life! young girls, fresh graduates please be aware. I never did a background check of the organization. you girls don't repeat that mistake. do not go to the interview if you get a call from this ngo!

The Donors Like Mr. Gaurav Shinde knows what Global vision is doing and that is enough for us. India is free country as u can write what u think I have authority to write what I feel. These girls are doing some frauds and after getting caught loosing their jobs try to get back to MD Sir, Vishnu Sir, Tej Sir and their managers by doing Such kind of stupid comments. Who are very genuine people seriously doing some good work for the poor needy people.And may be your statement will help many girls to decide their future. I really don't think this NGO is a fake one because my father is a business man in Pune and is a regular donor of this NGO and whenever we have sent any cancer patient for help we have received a good amount for the treatment.I cant say much about their working style but yes I have witnessed that they do help cancer patients lot..I even met Ankita Verma in their office who is a Branch Manager in Pune branch, she even seemed to be very educated and humble lady with good etiquetes. I m just thinking why people are writing such comments about a good NGO. They are fulfilling their responsibilities well

Cathy, whosever u are thank u for ur concern but understand this, that instead of making me wake up please just mind your own buisness. stop influencing other girls. whosever thinks this organisation is fraud can have their own opinion but why u are forcing other people to agree that as I said that I am with this organistion for 2 years I know them very well. they are doing very good work. have u ever done any work for neeedy and poor people. try to do some good work and then comment on others.
