ive been buying glad trash bags my whole life They are good trash bags. But lately the draw strings on the glad force flex bags have been tearing right out the top of the bags and you cant use the draw strings to tie the bags. idont know if i bought a bag bach but the bags are to exsencive to have this problem. How can yall help me with this problem

Horrible quality control.
I have a problem with the force flex bags myself. There is a perforation about 7" down from the top. So when you pull the bag out of the can, the perforation splits the bag and garbage is all over the floor. I've emailed them and they won't do anything because I don't have the production number. I threw the damn box away after I took the roll out of the box.
i been buying glad forceflex for years but im begening to get very mad the tie strings keep coming out. what did somebody make a big boo .and they said sell them anyway. piss off.
Bought sll the time. Breaking at sides when not evev full or heavy. Broke all over my floor 5 times already.. Not so GLAD right now.
We have used Force Flex bags for years, lately I have had the same draw string problem mentioned above. I returned one box to Costco but the next box had the same problem. do the bags have a shelf life? I tend to purchase multiple boxes so maybe the age makes a difference? I will try one more time but if they fail again I will have to change my loyalty from Glad
I also have been having the same problem, all of the bag handles tear, this morning, the whole red handle that goes all the way around ripped off. for $8 it's becoming a waste ! what happened to the old style. losing a customer ;o(
Whom ever thought up of having febreeze scented trash bags needs to get demoted. Have you ever had a half filled trash bag sitting in the kitchen for 3 days? It smells like a dirty baby diaper. It doesn't matter how much baby powder you put up in there to freshen up the stank - it's still going to stink. I gagged so hard.
i had a box of glad forceflex tall kitchen and the strings were breaking and could not tie the bags and they were splitting down the sides the number on my box was 11611000076qq and the proof of purchase number is [protected]. I hope my next box is not like this one.

I've had the same problem and contacted the company. I asked if they had changed the product but was not given a straight answer-just told they are mailing me a coupon. What is the good of a coupon if the bags are inferior?
