Did not finish job of installing furnace, took the money and ran. Horrible work, unfinished, lists an office address and it's not his address. It'a a copy store and the guy that owns it is old friend with George Ebert and told me George stiffed hin for a lot of money. BEWARE of this company and guy. Just Horrible

He (they) took a check for almost $3, 500 and never called back or answered any calls .This is a senior citizen and veteran he is doing this to ! George Ebert took $700 for a used furnace from my disabled brother since his furnace would not start since the flood. Then George Ebert disappeared and would not return phone calls. He changes his business name often. Two years ago it was FAST Heating and Cooling. Its 3 weeks since he took the money and nothing! We had another HVAC guy out for a second option and this guy got my brothers furnace started just by lighting the pilot light only a $60 service charge! No other furnace was even needed, it was all a SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay Away!
I paid him in full (even though my gut told me not to) for a furnace and air conditioner when the job was almost done. He never came back. Did a lousy job. He lied about getting a permit, he lied about my getting rebates multiple times. Said the equipment had a ten year warranty. No mention of the fact that that is parts only. The first year labor is covered by the installer only, according to Carrier. He does not answer my calls. Now I have to pay for multiple repairs that I can ill afford after buying the new system, I feel like a real chump, but I guess I'm not the only one he scammed.
can we say scam artist. I found the real number. Him and the female that was working for him they were getting people for there money...
George Ebert lives at 28839 Edwards St. in madison hgts...I tracked him down..he stole my mother's money, a part for her furnace and uses fake addresses, keeps changing the phone numbers and locations...the locations range from a printing company, a school, an empty building...etc etc. etc..The police believe it is a civil matter and won't do anything...BE CAREFUL...
