I am filing a case against geo holiday.. i have more ppl who want to be a part of the case.. i need more ppl to make the case strong.. please get back to me ASAP.. let us fight against them and get our hard earned money back
we bought time share with them for $9000 and all that they told to us was lie..they even told that they have a buy back policy.. we have been contacting them for the past 3 yrs and they are just playing games... let us fight against them

Please include me as well. Please include me as well. Same issues that are mentioned by many. Fraudulent claims, high pressured sales and not honored my right of a cooling-off period. Lies, lies and money grab that I never imagined will give me anxiety and mental stress. We have been trying to get out of this Time share for years and have not been able to. Please let me know what needs to be done.
Please add me as well. Trying to get out for years and the maintenance fees are terrible. Tried many times but failed. Agree fully with you Bruner1. Due to health haven't used in years...and cant seem to get a vacancy, always booked up. have to book a year in advance well that doesn't work for me when I call 6 months in advance. They want to always do a exchange places I dont want to go. They say I cant get rid of it and wont take back or buy back. Very tired of losing money and have not paid fees for 2021 as yet. They dont inform you of anything and do alot of changes without notice. Help me get out.

We are members of the Geoholiday club. We have noticed that we could not acces our Geoholiday Club
resorts anymore. We noticed that our club resorts were posted on the Internet such as Expedia, Booking.com and others for booking a hotel to anyone in the world. This removes our exclusivity to club resorts which is a breach of contract because we have to reserve via Geoholiday. We are granted access to our resorts only if there is availability. We went to the small claims court and won our case. After judgement we hired a bailiff and with a big surprise the bailiff was instructed that Geoholiday at lac Morency as nothing to do with that hotel as they claim. As such this is a fraud because of false advertisement. I would not be surprised that Geoholiday does not own most of the hotels they claim.
I encourage all Geoholiday members to check this out and claim for breach of contract at the small claims court or fraud via a lawyer.
