Friends Silver Group review: Sterling silver jewellery

I made an order with the Friends Silver Group and have been in contact with Mr Baljinder Singh. I paid almost $AU2500 in December 2016 and have not received anything yet. I have been told many stories about the parcel and asked for a refund. I was promised to have a refund but I still have not got it. I was told that the refund was made this afternoon but I have been asking for the receipt and kept being told it ill be sent later but nothing still and it is almost mid night.
This looks like a scam.

I am asking for a refund with a receipt and for this company to be investigated, and stopped.
