BE AWARE! I wasnt completely sure he was real or not because I havent had that much experience in the modeling world but I ended up doing a skype interview with him and he asked me to take off my clothes and seduce him in exchange for the best of the best. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! If it was a real director you shouldnt have to put yourself through gross men taking advantage of girls with dreams.
Kevin Jones contacted me and offered me a contract with Major Model Management with paid work valued up to $27 000. The introductory email is in perfect English - but when I contacted him (prior to calling the real and actual agency) - he uses words like "gonna". And instead of saying please ask any questions - he says "write" and "you not gonna be part of skype procedures".

I do modeling and I was signed with Major on the women's board. I do NOT dispute this. Most agencies/agents/bookers are plain horrible and they will stop at nothing to rip you off(not ALL of them). As far as the 10 people in one apartment... Welcome to modeling! This is not the booker's doing. Every agency is like this so you'd better start reporting them all. A lot of bookers do promoting so they get paid to take underage models to dinner, clubs, etc. and get wasted. It's disgusting. You need leather thick skin and it's still really hard to deal with.
This is all true! I was model for major for many years. And I've seen this happen time and time again. I applaud Jason Kanner's (soulartistmanagement) work as a agent but I don't like him as a person.. Adam Silver and Mike lions (Siver Models) also sell boys for their there own personal benefit and everybody knows. They use photographers Like Rick Day ..Who is the number one perv in the testing world. Also Greg Vaughan is on the list with joseph bleu. As far as photographers that should be banned in NY!
Look up their work in google.. Would you want to trust your teen with pornographers ? The people that would defend these guys shouldn't be trusted.
If you're agent knowing how Rick Day and the others mentioned here are and they still send you to test with them..You Probably should be looking for a new agent instead of a test photographer. I have nothing against models doing nude photographs..
It's part of our job, but with that said. We shouldn't have to be asked personal and sexual questions and have these guys that are old enough to be our fathers make passes at us. As long there is a trust and comfort factor, shoot what you want .. Models should be able to collaborate with their test photographers .. In the end it is the models money.
So I suggest models should be more active in their shoots. TAKE CONTROL without being too controlling. Models are suppose to grow and learn from every shoot experience, staring out with such a negative first impression can scar or even discourage one from achieving their goals. and his buddy Bruce Weber will continue to work in this industry unscaved and untarnished . The fashion industry is really at fault for allowing this to continue to happen to the boys and girls.. You and I know that things will never change. So my advice to anyone talking a chance in this industry is.. You have to live with yourself and the decisions you make.

This sounds like a good book but not how agencies in NYC really work. Sounds like someone with a grudge using the internet to lie and slander innocent people. If this was true goto the police and file a report. I call your bluff.
