Be aware when you purchase stuffs on this website even though they are in stock at the moment you buy them, you might not get them in the end. I purchased 12 items. All were in stock when i paid. Then 5 days later, 5 items were out of stock. All of them were the good ones too. I am beginning to think that they put the good stuff up just to get you to shop on the website and tell you they are out of stock when you already paid. One of the items i got were a pair of shoes. They told me these shoes were out of stock. But when I checked the website, the shoes were in stock. They just increased the price by 30 cents. It was odd because they only increased the price on the ones with the size and colors I ordered. All the other sizes and colors, the price remained the same. They did it on purpose so I cannot reorder them. I was very disappointed with this company. I felt cheated. I paid 450$ and all I got were some really poor quality items. I thought it was worth it when I made the purchase because there were some good items. But when I didn't get those good ones, the rest was just low quality and cheap stuffs that were not worth my money. I am pretty sure I can get similar items here like at forever 21 for cheaper.
I trusted this website because it has the BBB logo on the website and has A- grade too. But I don't think it deserves to have that. Actually I am gonna go to the BBB website and complain and rate this site really low too. This should help people avoid getting scammed by these people.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME THERE PHONE NUMBER I BOUGHT IN ITEM FROM THEM AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND STILL NOT RECIVED IT.IAM SOOOOO MAD! I TRYED TO TO EMAIL THEM SO MANY TIMES AND THEY DONT RESPONED WHAT IS GOING ON.?
THEY ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER.
If the website is based in China, (unless you have been to their store and spoke to them in person in their shop and that also probably not 100% safe), you better don't trust them. If you like Korean fashion, buy only from stores (from your home or nearby countries) that only stock genuine stocks from Korea. These shops won't be in China though as there's no way these stores in China will stock Korean stocks where they have big factories and cheap labour in China to re-produce in bulk. What they need to do is just to buy some catagues or samples from Korea, then they can go a very long way. The stores that stock Korean fashion & stuff (I know some in the UK and US), the prices they price will be between 25 - 55% higher than the price you can see from the Korean site. However the prices you see on Korean site haven''t included the internationally shipping cost, any import duty that might due to you and most importantly it save you time and effort and it's convenient (eg you would like a return) . Therefore it actually worth it as you have no maximum buying and only paying for local postage.
all i know is i cannot log in to check my order after i placed it. I have already been billed and the email and p hone number don't work. I believe i have been scammed. don't trust this sight
