I hired a matchmaking services in 2011 paying him over $3000.00. The service was sold by Brandon Scott. Initially he presented himself as an employee of another reputable, nationally known matchmaker. He was in fact fired from that company when he conducted this transaction. He fraudulently entered into this agreement with me. Brandon Scott then opened his own matchmaking service now known as "Brandon Scott: The Faithful Matchmaker". He told me that the nationally known matchmaker would focus on television and was not doing anymore matchmaking. He told me that they separated and Brandon Scott would take the matchmaking side of the business. He guaranteed that he would present at least 3 potential matches. Once matches weren't presented and Brandon consistently lied about having matches, I contacted the nationally known matchmaker who then informed me that he fired Brandon for trying to perform matchmaking services without his knowledge. To this date, he has not presented any candidates and refuses to refund my money after numerous requests for a refund. He has called me and emailed me threatening ME with lawsuits for requesting my refund.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I hired the Faithful Matchmaker and he was extremely professional with all of his services. He helped me as I am a professional woman in the south were dating can be hard with my schedule and I am over the going out scene. We went through a very detailed process that included really getting to know what I not only wanted but needed in my life's mate. After the time spent I am happy to say I am getting married in the fall to a wonderful, handsome and GOD fearing man who continually wows me. The Faithful Matchmaker and his team worked tirelessly with me as I was a little nervous and impatient at times but it all worked out and I am extremely happy!
Pros - Very professional, Great communicator, Went the extra mile, Helped me in several areas I was weak in like body language
Cons - The process is long but I found it to be worth it nonetheless
PS - I referred him to a friend of mine and she has gone out on 2 amazing dates so far so the person who had the negative post must have a crush on him and he tried to keep it professional as he is very handsome :-) or be a competitor trying to slander as this has not been my experience working with him and his team. They were a pleasure to work with and he has even given my fiancee and I continued advice.
