I have an allocated parking bay which is stipulated in my lease of the apartment. On the 10th April i received a note on the windscreen of my vehicle saying it had been purchased and i was to vacate the parking bay immediately. I duely visited their sales office on the 11/04/2011 and told their staff member that it formed part of my lease agreement and would not vacate the bay until such time as the lease has expired. On the 14/04/11 I sent a recorded letter to their Director stating the very same thing. This evening 19/04/11 I returned to the bay only to find that they had removed the allocated bay number and another vehicle was parked in my bay. On renewing the lease recently, I said that I would not sign the lease unless my specific parking bay was stipulated on it. The letting agents came back to me and said the Director of Fairview had agreed. A friend of mine who bought an apartment with 2 bays is having the same problem with them. As I walked towards my apartment I saw a car on a tow truck and an hysterical lady with a baby saying her car was being towed despite the fact that she had the relevant permit for her bay. We exchanged phone numbers. Fairview have no honesty or integrity and appear to a regular basis act in an underhand manner with no regard for any agreement or tenant I have pictures but I am unable to attach as they seem to be too large.
Kind regards

I have just found out that our leting agent has 2 originals, which differ from one another. The first agreement I signed has the car parking space on. The other original, which conveniently omits the car parking space, is signed by Fairview. Fairview appear not to be at fault, but rather our letting agent is guilty of deceiving me.

I strongly urge people to have nothing to do with Fairview at all. They are misleading, deceptive money-grabbing crooks and shouldn't be allowed to continue serving consumers.
