Called to cancel April 4 2008, Still getting billed on my Capital One card that I no longer use! Plus I received a $19.00 late fee charge from the Capital One Card from an $11.95 CIC Triple Advantage.

did the same 3 months ago thay never canceled it and when I called thay hade no record??? after canceling again and asking for a refund thay gave me 14.95. nothing compard to the three months but somthing!!! thay are a complete frad and should be looked at by the goverment
