Etechpro called our home and said they were with Microsoft and were aware that our computer was having problems. This is a scam - they are not with Microsoft, and Microsoft never calls individual homes. They told us that our support from Microsoft had expired and we needed a contract with them. Non of this was true.

Unfortunately, we gave them our credit card number. Bad mistake. Don't repeat it yourself. These guys are frauds and bald-faced liars.

Almost per word the firs complaint on this screen. They said our support from Microsoft has expired and they claimed to have fixed the problem. The very next day I received virus alerts and had to have another company fix what Etechpro claimed to have done. Please don't fall for any third party that claims to work with Microsoft or calls you on the pone from Microsoft. Now I have to go through disputes and card cancellations. What a mess.

Unfortunately I fell for the same scam. They called me with the same statements and I was led to believe that I needed to have these fixes done. They may have done one thing right but in the process they screwed up my computer to where it wouldn't start. I tried to cancel but they refused stating that I had all of these services from them. Also, Eprotech also appears to do business as Expertztech. (Eprotech is on the credit card bill, but Expertztech is the email address)
