The question on my lips for about a week or so was about Eurtrade, now calling themselves ET Capital.

Why change your name?
Same person keeps calling my husband from a different company!

After exhausting research, involving the SA Police Freud Squad & ASIC, I feel I am now in a position to answer this question for anybody looking at Eurtrade Capital Pty Ltd.

They claim they have never had a complaint against them & you can check this with ASIC - The truth is they have never had a SUCSESSFUL complaint lodged againt them, BUT I know for a fact they have had a complaint made against them BECAUSE I MADE IT.
What Eurtrade is offering is not illeagle. It is highly questionable, & iMO Immoral, but not illeagle. Thats why ASIC have no Sucsessful claim against them.

For your $15000, Eurtrade is offering you tipping information on certain index trading. you bet that the index will go up or down. if your bet is correct you win. the odds are 50/50 & they claim that if you loose, you simply double you bet on the next one and so on. You can do exactly the same thing using a coin, & provided you dont run out of money first, you will always win by doubling your bet.

While they have been investigated several times, their carefuly worded contract does actually tell you that they are not investing your $7500, but providing you with information for it, which they do. If the information turns out to be incorrect, bad luck, if you have a win, thats ok to because it cost hem nothing either way. You are placing your bets with a seperate company, which you can open an account with for free, so the short story is for an investment of $7500 you have a 50/50 chance of betting on a winner, the exact same chance you would have if you just started betting on which way an index would go whitout paying $15000.

EURTRADE CAPITAL have a very good sales pitch, it sound great, They even give you an opertunity to use their system one time for free using bogas money. They are very convincing & very persistant.

If you are considering investing with EURTRADE / ET Capital try this instead, Go to the casino, & bet the whole $7500 on Black. You will have the exact same 50/50 chance of winning, & you got you tip from me for free & I DON'TGARRANTEE RESULTS EITHER.

funny enough these same people contacted my husband a year or so ago under a different name company called Eurtrade and now are trying this stuff on him again...Another gold coast scam or Brisbane scam.

(Do I really need to finish this)

If they ring you call the police

Anybody heard of NGC Group (nextgen capital)? I have information that the director (at least in 2014) is Calum Gallagher - which someone mentioned above is the CEO of ETrade Capital as well. All tthese binary options companies use Binary.com as a broker - does this mean Binary.com is not independent?

I think we've been scammed. Jasmine Burke, Greg Trainer of the system - never returns calls or emails. They only have a virtual office and now after reading this, I gone through old emails and noticed they don't sign off using their surname, no phone or address mentioned. Talk about dodgy! Example below: (ps - systems seems to go down alot)
The West Digital Platform has been down due to a platform upgrade that we have performed. The upgrade will be complete today and trading will commence again without you having to do anything.

The time the platform has been down has been credited to your account.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Kindest Regards

Wow! Due diligence as they say. Well I have just found this site and thank goodness for you people.
Kate Murphy aka Kate Lancley from West Digital was in contact with me tonight. But now I know the truth. Typing in a phone number into google has saved me again.
I shall type in so hopefully others will find them before committing.

Thanks to Georgep29 for your post. The people you mentioned Jasmine Burke and Kate Lancley (same mobile numbers) are now working for a company with a web site called West Digital (www.westdigital.com.au) and trading as Furnace Investments Pty Ltd out of Perth W.A. They are using the Binary.com platform with primarily currency trading. After your payment to them you then have to start trading with your own money, they offer a guarantee to get your initial joining fee refunded if you do not make more than 51% profit. All sounds very attractive and now I have requested my deposit be returned fingers crossed!

Please be careful, this is a scam, they talk the talk and pull you in. After parting and losing $8k to ET Capital and another 1.4k with Binary.com you soon learn that their nightly SMS alerts are a total guess. As per the previous post you would be better tossing a coin. I hazard to guess there is no analysts in the UK working for ET Capital to determine what the market is going to do. If anyone managers to get there money back I would be keen to know and pay them a visit! in their Gold Coast office if it exists...

I too have been scammed and now no one will return my calls after they guaranteed to return the package investment (as opposed to the $10, 000 invested ). People in question, and I do hope they return on Google Search for other poor souls :
Jasmine Burke- Client Services Manager
Jasmin (never got her surname) West Binaries [protected] (Perth )
Kate Lancley [protected]) - this one talks a lot

I have reported them to the police.

All these comments are extremely interesting as my husband and I are about to proceed to court.
We have lost a lot of money also.
We would love to hear your stories if that's ok. It may help our case and even help you too.

I too was approached by this company, some guy call Phillip. Really smooth and he claimed he makes heaps from his own trading. He was even willing to show me his account..
WOW it must be real...! dodgy..
I looked into them and drove down to there Brisbane office and it does not exist. When I arrived the lady at reception told me it was a dummy office, after I begged her to tell me the truth. " she said she gets paid to answer the phone"...sorry she said
I went to the gold coast office and there they were all in there suits out the front at 8:45am in the morning ready to scam another victim...
Some semi bald headed guy with white hair, some very tall skinny looking man and some darker looking man..All looking very edgy, to say the least..looking around and all

great pictures of the beautiful street taking to say the least

extremely proud of our efforts that day a few weeks ago..

well done -

I was also fooled by these people, I actually tripled my original balance within the first two months and then lost it all in about a week. Really wish I had of made some withdrawals... But I'm fairly sure their contract is water tight, I have no hope of getting my money back.
However I do not want to receive the sms alerts every day anymore, as they are just a constant reminder of the gross mistake I made in trusting the sales pitch of these incredulous ###s. I have made several requests by email and attempted to contact by phone, and even used the feedback form on their website. I now view the daily emails as a form of harassment and will be making a complaint to the police.

Regards

Simon

We entered into an Agreement against my best wishes ( my husband was all for it if our daughter in law could handle it)
We had an addendum added to the agreement which was supposedly signed off by the director Mr DEAN WILLIAM LANCE VAGG whose name also appears on the ASIC Company details for this ACN/ ABN.
We soon realised that their "analysis of the market was no better than a toss of the coin and that all this then fell back to doing just this each night or how often the messages came through. Sure, the messages came through and are still coming through although we indicated months ago by phone, mail and email that we did not want to proceed with the Agreement having trialled it with 'play money'. (Our agreement allowed us a cooling off period from when we STARTED TRADING not the trial period)
However, no-one has responded and the only contact point we have had is 'the phone receptionist' who is always going to get someone to call you back...? However, just once she slipped me through to some young person who must have pulled up our file because he could see we had requested our funds back. But he would ' have to get his manager to call me back as he could not authorise a refund! Guess what-still waiting. Bit different to the full on calls when they were greasing us up.. Ryan, Craig
I have called and left my number and my husbands number many times. How could we be so stupid? Not sure because it is not our style. My son and daughter in law met one of the men Craig and commented that he used a prepaid phone. Easily to discard number.
Having read the recent posts I think our money is done like a dinner? Was just about to ring ASIC for advice on where to go next other than to a solicitor.

The owner of Et Capital is Callum Gallagher ex PGI Bankrupt a alcoholic and dope user who lives on the Gold Coast
His Sales Manager a Scammer Dane Wilkinson also lives on the Gold Coast has a multi function role as customer services
and admin But his aggresive nature is well documented and definitely shows no people skills together with no respect for people.

THESE SCMMERS ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION I BELIEVE BY A SPECIAL TASK FORCE INCLUDING THE ATO, ASIC and FAIR TRADING BECAUSE OF THEIR MISLEADING INFORMATION PROVIDED TO PROSPECTS AND CLIENTS

What has been said about the advertising on their website about the $400-$1200 net profit that can be made per week depending on the enrty level package that you purchase from them?
