I ordered from them 2 Samsung Bluetooth and have to pay for shipping charge. When I received the items, both of them were in non-working condition.I have to return them to esurebuy.com, so either they have to send me another one or give me full refund. After back and forth, 1 month after I received a refund with less shipping charge. I questioned them why, they said this is their policy not refund shipping charge. I said but this is not my fault, because they sent me non-working items, so why I have to pay for shipping charge. Anyway, no luck for me, the website has no customer service line, they go by email only, like talking to the wall. After spending month talking with them, nothing can get out of it, finally I gave up, I lost shipping charge for NOTHING.

We ordered 2 brand new Blue Ant Q2 ear headphones. We received 2 used or rebuilt headphones. We will be loosing $30 on shipping and restocking charges. These things are junk, this company sells used goods labeled at NEW!! Would never buy from them or recommend them. I hate companies that are scams like this!

I purchased 2 blueant hands free units for my I Phone. I worked and the other didn't. My response from Esurebuy was instruction's to follow the instructions. If I could get one to work, I knew how to follow the instructions. The instructions said I needed to charge the blueant until the red light weant out which might take four hours.
They then wrote "Product is shipped in new and working condition. You need to fully charge the unit and then follow the users guide to pair it to your phone.

You have to fully charge it for 24 hours. Then follow the Users Guide Manual step by step to pair it to your phone. Your headset should then work fine.

I contacted Blueant directly and they replaced the unit that didn't work..
Even though the price was right I'll never buy anything from Esurebuy again

Item sent was DOA, eSurebuy claim that it's an operator's error and we should contact the Manufacturer. In reality, the item was used and sent DOA with NO CUTOMER SERVICE TO CALL. Do yourself a favor and cancel the order. Order 2731 - SCAM!

I purchased an H-17 Blue Tooth ear piece. The cover for the ear speaker fell off 30 days after I had the item. They told me item wasn't under any kind of warranty and that I could find the part on e-Bay.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a bluetooth almost a month ago. They said they shipped it but I never received it. They would not answer my email and I finally got a sprint cell phone number to call from my bank. I left a message and got not call back. I finally got an answer via email that said my account was refunded. It was not!! I think this company is a big scam.

I ordered a Bluetooth S9-HD Motorola stereo headset, right speaker was not working they told me through e-mail to get with Motorola warranty to get the Item fixed, that was a joke. My advise is to NOT BUY FROM ESUREBUY! Flaky website, wish I had found this site prior to ordering.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I received a Motorola H710 bluetooth in non-working condition (microphone didn't work) and contacted them within 14 days as they require on their website for exchanges. They told me to contact Motorola to resolve the issue. I wrote back to Esurebuy and asked why they didn't offer me the option to exchange it through them. They never wrote back. I'm trying to resolve the issue through Motorola who told me that this product hasn't been made since 2006! I wonder if Esure knows that they're selling defective merchandise.. HMMMMMMM. Let me guess.

I also made a purchase .The item was not new as stated; it was opened in plastic bag no supporting documentation, instruction or warranty information. Earpiece was dirty. I do not recommend from buying this supplier.

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a Jawbone 2 bluetooth headset to replace the same model I'd had for years. Looked the same. Same new charger. Worked great for 3 weeks and then quit taking a charge. Dead. Tried everything from the Jawbone support site. Dead. Wrote to Esurebuy with my issue - after all it is just over a month old. No response. No phone number to call them. Wrote again. Still no response. Emailed the Jawbone people who responded and carried on a correspondence with me same day. They couldn't help -- it is a discontinued model, but at least they responded to me. I will never buy from them again.

I purchased 15 of the LG HBM 520 Bluetooth Headsets and they sent me 4. When I inquired about the balance, they stated that they were back-ordered and if I would like to get the balance of the headsets consisting of the newer model. I said that would be fine.
After receiving the other 11 headsets, which were sent in plain packaging with no model numbers or instructions, I discovered they were the LG HBM 280 model which were the older models and were also being sold for 5.00 less than the 520's that I purchased, on their own website. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling but they don't answer the phone and do not reply to email. I have gotten hold of them once by phone when the order was short, and once by email after the phone call to state that the balance was shipped. Fifty calls and 10 emails from me, and one reply each from them. Not a very professional or customer service oriented company.

Same as all complaints above. Headset non working. Claimed it was because we didnt charge it. Worst scam ever!!! Stay away. No customer service either. Dispute through your credit card company instead of dealing with them.

This place needs to be shut down. I wish I would have researched prior to ordering the products. I received a very used Bluetooth and can't even turn it on. My nephew is a Lawyer and I'm going to try to file a class action law suite against these people. THERE'S GOTTA BE A WAY TO PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY'RE FRAUDS!

stay away from these guys !!. it happened to me too. purchased a bluetooth Plantronix Marque 2 and It wasnt working at all. completely dead.they said they re not replacing it and I need to talk to Plantronix.
plantronix told me to send proof of purchasing and since my receipt went to the trash can rite away, I ended up sending 27 bucks down the drain.
exactly, this company needs to get out of business for screwing up people like that.

Ordered 4 cell phone chargers for my cell phone. All four had to be returned : 3 were "frozen" and would not load into the car receptacle without breaking them or getting them permanently stuck, and the fourth plugged in but would not work. I did a continuity check on it and it was totally dead ! I sent them all back, labeled appropriately, and paid return postage. I have contacted this guy several time regarding a refund for the purchase price, but he just blows me off. It has been about 1 year. He is so unethical. This is the first time I have ever had a problem ordering online. Don't waste you time with this guy. I think he knew they were "inoperable, returned" products when he shipped them to me. And, after reading all the complaints, he screws big purchases as much as the tiny ones !! It is no longer about the money, and about the ethics.

They sent me the wrong phone case. This business is shady and out for the money. Poor workers and horrible service. I want my money back

On 4-10-16 a friend of mine ordered two Plantronic bluetooth m-165, the order arrived on 4-18-16 and upon opening the boxes, one by one, we found no bluetooths, but only chargers in each box. Boxes where not factory sealed, the chargers did not match one another. One box appeared to be retaped and damaged. We attempted to contact Esurebuy via telephone with no results. We attempted to contact the other telephone numbers listed, to no avail. A complaint was filed with Paypal and TD bank. Paypal gave a deadline to followup with Esurebuy by 5-9-16. Paypal stated if their instructions were not adhered to by that deadline the case would be closed and could not be reopened. I can't believe why this company is still in business with numerous complaints. Maybe the Attorney General should be involved and charge this company with fraud and theft by deception. I personally would not deal with this company and suggest others take heed to the complaints filed towards this company

My friend contacted ag.Ny.Gov (brooklyn ny attorney generals office) and will be filing a complaint for fraud and theft by deception. Esurebuy refuses to refund my friends money stating they shipped the product and the usps delivered. Esurebuy stated to my friend that by weight of the package the merchandise ordered was delivered. How absurd can you be!!!.. I advise anyone with a complaint to file a complaint with the ag's office at the brool;yn office and they will investigate. The more complaints filed the better to charge the business and close them up. Again the website is ag.Ny.Gov.

I ordered from them i agree you have to email them and i did inregards to my billing addr .they responded back that day and my order was shipped two days after order was placed and had tracking # also received my lg tones and they are new and the color i ordered and work just fine.i have no complaints at all very pleased .p.s i do not work for them i live in tx i have receipt and product can take pics to prove it .sorry yall had bad experiences but all i can speak about is my experience

You have a right to speak concerning you experience and fortunate enough to receive what you ordered.
I would advise you to check the hundreds of complaints on the internet concerning this company..
One complainant has a brother as a lawyer and hopes to shut this company down. The complaints on the internet tells the story. Need I say more.

Super shady company. As other's have stated, they sell used equipment and then charge you for restocking if you attempt to return. Never order from this company.
