ELF International Limited review: They didn't pay me for the job and provided fake email 2

I worked for the company ELF International Limited within two months. I made the project and the rep promised to pay in the end of the month. After that I waited and didn’t get my money. I called them and left messages, but the rep provided accountant’s email and told to write him. I tried to send email, but the address was fake. I tried to contact the rep, but he started to avoid me. Please, help me, ‘coz I have no idea what to do now.
