Got dupped in Calgary Airport Kiosk ! Young man with foreign accent offers me a soap and asks for a few mins of my time. I have an hour before my flight so I thought what the heck. He puts this cream on my face and shows me how the lines have disappeared ! and the product made my face feel so nice...and low and behold...20 mins. later I have spent $577.50 and now I am hurrying to catch my flight, get on the plan and open my package and see that the product is not even wrapped in cellophagne its the tester ! I am so pissed, but what can I do now, just another sucker for being told I have such nicce skin and this product will make you feel and look so much younger. Stay away from Elemsts Spa and Gratiae Products from Israel or Dead Sea Products ! When I got home looked on internet saw all the complaints and then looked at Amazon and these products sell for 50.00, I was ROBBED ! called my credit card and told them to watch for any additional charges that I did not make, do not trust these fast talking people.! they will tell you what you want to hear and keep you till your now RUSHING to catch your flight.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

**some individuals are recruited with the idea they will be working legaly with a proper work permit, when they land they find out it's not the case, and they have to obey their bosses.
Different Names Being Used By the same owners of Company :
Premier Spa Boutique - The most veteran one, was used at the malls first and where they sold the brand "Premier Dead Sea".
Dead Sea Secrets - Used by them in the past in contracts and paycheck.
Gratiae - Used as the name of the Store/kiosk/booth in newer locations where the brand "Gratiae" being sold (curently at the CORE Shopping Centre, Calgary Downtown)
Soap Stories - used since the end of 2011 at the newer locations at the malls where they been kicked out previously under different names, Selling the brand "Era Ageless"and "Gratiae".
Gold Elements/Elements Spa - was a recent name for their stores in Calgary, AB selling different brands (mostly “Gratiae”). No locations are in existence anymore under that name as far as I know.
Flurries Sheepskin - An Imitation of U.G.G sheepskin boots. The company operated in BC, AB, ON between [protected], currently closed.

In Calgary airport - a bit of a rush, am stopped by young lady with accent offering me free soap. Insists on putting cream on my face. Wow! Miracle. I look 10 years younger on half my face. The mirror must be fixed ! High high pressure to buy the produrects Each one costs
$799 . I say no way. Well I will make you a deal, she says - $399 for the neck serum. I say okay And because you are so nice, she continues - $399 for the lifting cream and wrinkle filler for free, cleanser free too, She is talking so fast, my head is spinning, And I am going to be late for my plane! So I take out my credit card - I think I only have $400 limit left and tell her, but she insists and it passes !
So now I am $800 poorer and my skin doesnt look as good as when she applied the cream. It doesnt look different at all. A very expensive lesson. There are no miracle creams ! Nature takes its course.
BUYER BEWARE! There is nothing free at Calgary airport.. Wish I could complain to some consumer org, but don't know how to go about it.
We were promised that if we changed credit card companys that we would recieve 25.00 in kroger gift card for every 100.00 we spent on gas .i have been sending mine in for 4 mo and have recieved nothing. these people should be ashamed of themselves. i want to get my cards as promised. hope someone can do something about these crooks.barbara
