While looking at my bank statement, I discovered a withdrawal made on 11/15/2010 to Elbathy Properties for the sum of 34 dollars and 23 cents-a debit card transaction made, possibly, in Madison Heights, MI. I have no memory of this and do not know who these people are. I looked the name up on the internet and came up with this website, which made me concerned. But upon looking at this form I see nowhere to give you my name or my email, so it makes me wonder what the point of this site is. Please send me an email regarding this and any information you have on this Elbathy Properties.
Thanks,
Brad Tabar

You are mistaken Gobackhome. I am not a "complaint scam artist" as you put it. I simply found something odd and inexplicable on my bank statement and was concerned. The same thing happened to several other people, as you can see from the comments. It never occurred to me to look for El-Bathy, rather than Elbathy industries on Google. Why would it? Why would anyone think putting a hyphen in their was the way to find this thing on Google? But accusing me of being a "complaint scam artist" was going to far. If you had any decency you would apologize for making false accusations.
I would like to thank everyone who wrote in explaining what Elbathy industries was and putting my mind at ease, except of course that last person.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Its a BP gas station. I too saw it on my statement and had no idea who this was. I wasn't even in Madison Heights on the date the transaction was posted. But I was two days prior and checking my receipts the amount matched my BP gas receipt.
People need to get a grip. Check your receipts.
Made unauthorized charge on my account, but I never used them. What should I do?
I just buy same snack the other day spend $14and some change, today I was looking somethings on mi bank account and I saw that charge under name bethany properties and I know that is a gas station cose it shows same amount of money on a receipt. People should pay attention and remember where they're using c card or a list take and keep receipt.
I will be contacting bp to have them do a thorough investigation into the financial practices of this specific station. You scam artists are giving them a bad name!
brad tabar is lair and a thief who is trying to get money that does not belong to him, first el-bathy properties in case that you do not know is a bp station, bp does no allow any cash withdrawals to begin with, only purchases, and if you used your card inside the store you should have asked your bank to request a signed copy of the transaction, and if your card was used at the pump out side there is nothing they can do for you if somebody else used your card at the pump, this the bp oil corporation credit card policy, also, according to bp credit card systems, you swipe your own card inside the store, the cashier does not touch your card simply because there a machine overthere for the the customers to swipe their cards by themselves, nice try brad, and if i were you i would remove this ad immidiately or start looking for a good lawyer not only you are defaming a reputation of people who can and will buy 100 like you but also you are trying to defraud them out of little money, how pathetic you are
Please credit back my account for $19.85 that was withdrawn on 4/14/2012. I did not agree to the money that was withdrawn on my visa account. The only time I was on the internet that day was to get a free credit report for my nephew. Please take care of this immediately or I will have to take action.
Thank You
Dear Sir:
I was charged $19.85 on my visa on 4/14/12 for unknown services. Please remove this immediately as I did not approve that charge. If I don't see a reversal on my account asap, you will hear from my attorney.

This guy is a complaint scam artist. Type El-Bathy BP into Google search and you will quickly find who is behind Elbathy Properties.
ok elbathy properties is a bp gas station at 13 mile and John r In madison Heights i had the same thing on my statement so i looked up a business enity search in the state of michigan website and came up with a address of 30861 john r road madison heights mi googled the address and found out its the bp over there
I was kind of curious as to what this charge came from too, but looking at the total amount and where I had spent my money on that day I figured out where it's coming from.
It was a gas station in Madison Heights, near the meijers. I remember it having a slight green tint to it.
the total I spent (11 something) matched up with the charge on my account.
Within the last month, my bank statement also revealed a charge for a sum just over $92 to Elbathy Properties, Madison Heights. I also googled the name to determine what the charge was for and could not find any information other then this complaint site. I have no idea who or what Elbathy Properties is or the nature of the charge from my account. Any information would be appreciated.
