Carmelo neider of eclipse mobile scammed us! Money was collected by carmelo neider for a promise of service and products, however, carmelo neider took the money and ran! I tracked him down and he said he would be sending it back. However, we waited and waited, then, nothing back. Upon emaiing him 48 times over 3 months, we got a response which said, money will be returned. No money! Finally, I called a better business bureau on carmelo neider and it was found that carmelo neider has scammed many many dealers out of lots of money! Upon calling him with a blocked number and he picked up the phone. Upon me asking about scam phone s ervices, he hung up immediatelly. I am out over $10, 000.00 due to the dirty dealings of carmelo neider.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Arrested finally... from all the stolen money... it put him in jail for 2nd dui... and violated his probation... so hopefully he will be in... jail... def going to find the address where this clown is act and send him a nice... letter... the grinch finally put him in the cage... lol... laughing right now so hard... finally prayers answered!

CARMELO NEIDER Current address is 25808 Risen Star Dr Wesley Chapel FL 33544 in Lexington Oaks Subdivision. He is currently squatting illegally in a home there and has for the past year. The legal process is so slow on a foreclosure from the previous owner that he slipped in and is hiding out there until he gets booted. He's been there for the past year.
Everything stated here indicting Carmelo Neider is absolutely true. Additionally, most if not all of the responses defending him are, in fact, written by Carmelo. I have seen enough of his writing to recognize it. Unfortunately, I had business dealings with him a little over a year ago. He appears to be honest and genuine. Pasco Sheriff's detectives from the Economic Crimes Unit arrested Carmelo John Neider, 30, on four counts of acting as an unlicensed real estate broker, two counts of a notary falsely certifying any instrument, and two counts of unlawfully filing false documents.
Neider is accused of filing quit claim deeds on foreclosed properties in Pasco County, unbeknownst to the actual owners, and then either selling the homes or trying to rent the homes. He allegedly forged the owners names on the deeds, and used fictitious names as witnesses and filing personnel.
He was booked into the Land O' Lakes Detention Center on $40, 000 bond total for the eight charges.

I used to work for the company while under the cellular eclipse mobile time. there has been no complsints to bbb about eclipse mobile or any member of the company. if this were true I urge anyone that reads this to call bbb and ask for that info it does not exist and it seems this person is trying to slander his name and business. if this man really "invested" $10, 000. please show proof. anyone can say words on paper. show proof that you invested $10, 000 with this company. canceled checks? money transfers? paypay? any other way? oh wait let us all guess you paid him $10, 000 cash right? where do you live by the way? how did he scam you? did you fly to him? did he fly to you? lots all bull crap in this story and no one will pay attention to it... show proof... there is none because you never invested 10k with anyone because you dont even have 10k if your life depended on it. do not slander people its wrong and unlawful.
