I had a Dynacell battery installed in my truck in March 2011 fail in March 2013. The battery test showed a bad cell. I was told by the local Chevrlet dealer to submit a claim to Dynacell to be reimbursed for the $153.00 cost of the replacement heavy duty battery. This battery failed after just 24 months. The replacment warranty was for 36 months. Dynacell has refused to honor the warranty and pay the cost of the replacement battery. Avoid batteries made by Dynacell.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Filed a warranty claim. Called company and spoke with man in charge. Sent all required documentation to replace failed battery in my Corvette. A check for the replacement battery just arrived. Thank you Dynacell for honoring my claim promptly.
