My credit card statement shows an unauthorised transaction of $49. 95 from
Dri*ca. Comsoftwareap sydney. I want my money back and this company blocked from having any access!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Was just wondering why we have a charge from your company on our credit card for $99.95, dated 7th October 2010. Is it possible if we could have your contact phone no. so that we can work out what this was for.

On 30 september the sum of $99. 95 was withdrawn from my account by dri*ca comsoftwareap with no reason given. Please explain this.

My account has had an unauthorised deduction of $49.95. Not at any time did I agree to this charge. Please refund.
Use of card for payment for something we have not recieved
These people have taken $59.95 from my credit card as well after I cancelled the product about 3-4 years ago, as far as I am concerned this is fraud. I thought they would have destroyed my card details.
How do I go about cancelling my membership please
Same has happened to me - two unauthorised " automatic" deductions from credit card of $49.95 over last two years.This in spite of email requesting cancellation of CA antivirus in Mar 2011.Very difficult to trace and talk to a human on Dri*CA website.New card suggested by bank.
