I was also planning a purchase and luckily found this site. I will certainly not purchase from them. In this day and age we are lucky to be able to find out if these people are honest. I wonder why the local paper runs their ads.

I ordered indoor outdoor comfort moccasins by debit card about a month ago and still didnt recieve them. called 3 times and none called me back after leaving 3 messages. please let me no what is going on with my order . cindi mclaughlin@yahoo.com

i ordered two stuffed animals (caterpillars) in november of 2010 from Dream Products. Could not find this animal anywhere (it's a replacement for one that my son had as a baby and is torn and old). Ordered, paid, they certainly charged me. Here it is, January of 2011 and no item. So, I called after leaving NUMEROUS messages and emails and never hearing back, FINALLY got a VOICE to speak to and she said "sorry, we no longer have that"... so, where is my money then? Why did they not email me or notify me? Instead, they are keeping my money???? I have yet to see a credit to my account. - raquel engle

Thank you all so much for posting here. I was going to order the Magnetic Slimming Garments for my mother. I was hoping that the magnets would relieve her back pain. But after reading all of these complaints, I've decided not to order from them. You've saved me some money and lots of aggrevation.

i was getting ready to order a catalog and some items from a paper ad. thank god that i checked this site. i will not order anything from this company because there are others out there just like them. charge your credit/debit or cash your check and never receive any merchandise. in this time of economics we don't have money to give away like that to anyone. thank you all for your comments, because it really help me make this decision.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOE A PAIR OF GLOVES FOR ARTHIRITIS ON OCTOBER 18, 2010. NOW IT IS APRIL 14, 2011 NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT NOR AN EXPLANATION. CALLED THE COMPANY AND HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ANY ONE.

I have ordered on March 26th check number 1037 for 68.95 I have not received my order I have ordered before and always got my order.lived in Deltona Florida as of April 12th maybe the mail got mixed up but I notified the mail post office and theysome how screwed it up my e-mail is mom3800@optonline.net can you please respond?

I do not know or understand WHY the newspaper company all over the states are still running or sendingout these products mybe they dont know it would seem to me after so many and for so long they would know

I ordered those size 12 Luxurious Comfort Moccasins back in, paid price and for the fast 5 day service. on
Jan. 1, 2012. Sent to California address, from my VFW Magazine Ad...

Check was cleared already and I never got any Moccasins as of today, Jan. 20th, 2012.

I am glad I had not ordered these slippers first. I thought I would read the complaints first to see what they were. I'm so thankful I did. She will be happy too since she had just asked me if I had placed the order. THANKS A LOT EVERYONE WHO HAS POSTED!!!

Well I guess I am joining the club! I ordered two bras back in January. The check has been cashed and I still have NOT received anything. I will never again order anything through the newspaper (REDPLUM). This company is really taking everyone for a ride and I can't understand how it can still operate. We shoild all get togetther and sue, or call 60 Minutes to investigate.

Thank you all for your comments on the business practices of this company. I also tore up my order and will not do any business with them now or in the future. I hope all of you can resolve your problems with them as well.

I ordered this medication with order number 8899507, but didn't recieve any confirmation or any email back. The money was taken out of my account. Please resolve this issue. I need a full refund of my money, $79.95.
