Trading under the username solaluna88 on Ebay I bought Item Number [protected] from them. I paid via paypal for item. Received wrong item.
After correspondence we agreed to have item replaced. I returned wrong item
at very expensive postage. Only to receive again the wrong item. Process has
taken longer than ebay 45 day dispute policy. Seems to have sent wrong item on purpose. Seems to have taken longer than 45 days on purpose. Now they won't answer emails to rectify problem. My advice is to not deal with this company, UXCELL, Dragonmarts Company or username solaluna88 on ebay. I just want what I paid for?

I guess I should consider myself very fortunate after reading all the negativity associated with Dragonmart Limited. I purchased a car cover that was incorrectly made and did not fit my car as described. Everything one would expect from a car cover was missing and i had to fabricate tie downs and try to keep it from literally flying down the neighborhood. I wrote to them thru ebay and at first they wanted specific measurements, etc. I told them the exact happenings with the cover in a fair and balanced email. They promptly refunded my cash to paypal without hesitation. Nothing is perfect in this world, and the tone(attitude), with which one deals in business can either work for you or against you. Thankfully, this time it worked for me

We are now writing 2018.
I bought heating elements and heat sink from "22newcentury" and "solaluna", and found out they are the same Dragonmarts Limited Company. which never arrived. My total purchases ran up into over 180USD.
There was never a tracking number on my orders, and obviosly they were never sent out !
I recieved all kinds of strange excuses, and explanations just to stall time.
I have double checked their negative feedbacks, and there is a common patern there. It is mostly expensive orders that never get shipped. In effect our purchases help fianancing the company for free.
They define very long shipping times, giving them around 2 months of free financing of their operation before finally having to pay back the money. But in the mean time others have placed other orders, so as long as they get more large orders in, than they have to pay back, they can keep going for ever (ponzy scheme!).
I just realised the "sellerbible" are same company, but since my purchase there was only for a small amount of money I might actualy receive this (we'll see).

I just ordered 5 off switches - the packet that arrived says 5 switches but inside only 1 switch - ebay should ban them.

Uxcell is a front for organized crime. They sell counterfeits, they engage in forgery, ID theft and false advertising on a epic scale. Attached is a counterfeit transistor they sell, you can see the printing is crooked, where as real transistor would not have the error.

It's me again Peebdoff or ohnotthis. Back to add a little more about this mob called AU-DEAL. They promised to send me ITEM # [protected] so as to get me to remove the NEGATIVE FEEBACK but it has not and will not arrive.

As quoted before they are untrustworthy people along with being LIARS.

Buyers please be aware of them.

It's me again, Peebdoff. Not my eBay user name that's ohnotthis. The reason I used Peebdoff is because I was "Pissed off".
AU-DEAL now want me to revert their feedback from Neutral to Positive mind you! Read below about this company.

As mentioned above they told me lies about my purchase and have since told me by email that their Manager tells ALL the staff to put the last article up for sale/auction at double the price, and don't post them. How would he go in some other countries? He would be in Court to end up paying a hefty fine or spend time behind bars.

So readers/eBay buyers please BE CAREFULL.

Cheers form ohnotthis

Trading under the name of AU-DEAL I purchased and paid for item number [protected] on
10/02/2014.
At the same time I also purchased two of the same articles from UXCELL. This purchase was posted immediately form UXCELL as per eBay Terms and Conditions within the 24 hour postal time limit allowed.

The purchase from AU-DEAL was not posted, so I contacted them via email on 14/02/2014 and got the most stupidest, lying reply I had ever seen. AU-DEAL said they had received a bad supply from their supplier and offered me to purchase any other article I needed or a refund. I wanted neither as I wanted my purchase. I don’t buy for a refund or other article.

After searching the same articles on eBay I noticed where both AU-DEAL and UXCELL were advertising the same article as the “Last One” in stock, BUT at double the price for them. I contacted eBay again telling them the story because my payments for both purchases from these two sellers goes to DRAGONMARTS COMPANY LIMITED HONG KONG, and that AU-DEAL and
UXCELL were both advertising one that should have been posted to me, NOT
READVERTISED.
Not long after eBay reported this matter to the Trust and Safety Department of eBay, both of these sellers had their prices back to original prices and had an extra
10 for sale! Marvellous hey? My parcel arrived from UXCELL shortly after and the purchase from AU-DEAL was posted on 20/02/2014 and arrived two weeks later.

On closing I wish to ad that both of these purchases came from different sellers, both came with identical “You Excel Coupons”, both payments went to same Company and even eBay agreed this is NOT GOOD SELLING.

I ordered a pair of earrings from them, and 1 earring was okay but the other 1 was broken on arrival! and here is a copy of the email I sent them, after trying to blackmail me into changing my negative ebay feedback on the them before they would refund me:

No! I will NOT change my feedback in that case!, since I explained to you that I expect a full-refund and only just 1 piece (not 2 pieces) of the item to be re-sent as a courtesy and kind gesture to compensate me for all my disappointment and time-wasted, before feedback my feedback revision would be made in exchange!
A negative feedback is still deserved otherwise since in all honesty, it was a negative experience with very slow customer service and a faulty item which was your fault for not inspecting it before posting!:(...
I would think that to be a nice seller, you would at least agree to compensate my suffering with just one (-1 piece) of this item at a kind gesture and common courtesy as well as sending me a full-refund asap, since it was your fault for sending a defective item, and I would think a smart business would like to show empathy and courtesy in order to keep a good reputation and hopefully keep a potentially good customer as well as that customers high recommendations to others in the future!...
I will now do the opposite and warn others not to buy from you as well to share my negative experience with others on internet forums and scam reporting websites since I read about uxcell on scam report websites and you are showing me that the scam reports about uxcell are really true! since you do send damaged/defective products, you are hard to communicate with and worst of all, you do not even offer kind compensation for your failings, without trying to blackmail buyers by forcing them to revise their feedback before you are willing to help them!:(
I will be copying this email to post on the scam reporting websites to warn others about dealing with you! and paypal is still waiting for your response and if you do not respond, they will refund me automatically and if you do not respond in time to meet their deadline, so I will get a refund anyway if you do not respond, and hence I will get my refund without your agreement, while still leaving my negative feedback to warn others about you!:(

Same with my order! I placed my order 3 months back. They shipped me a wrong DVD player. I asked for replacement, still I have no response. My order status shows shipped and closed. I don't want my order, just the money as i already ordered it again from other online store ChinaBuye. They shipped me already in 3 weeks, with good quality at good rate. Service is more reliable than uxcell. I will stick on with chinabuye, i want uxcell my amount back and no more!
