Dentist Mark Pabst or his dental hygenist gave me Oral Lichen Plantus when I went to him to have my teeth cleaned. The infection started after I went to him. My mouth became fire engine red and I was having severe pain. I went back to him again and his dental hygenist told me that the patient before me had a severe infection in his or her mouth. They did not sterile their dental equipment and I caught the infection. I now have sores and pain in my mouth that is an ongoing problem. I have seen numerous specialists and they said that now that I have Oral Lichen Plantus, I cannot get rid of it. Don't go to Dr. Mark Pabst, 2799 Charles Blvd, Greenville, NC. "HORRIBLE DENTIST"

I am in clinicals for dental assisting and Dr. Pabst was one of the dentists I assisted. I was there for 2 months and I have watch them utilize VERY well the correct infection control protocols. I KNOW for a fact that their equipment is sterilized between EACH and EVERY patient. I personally know the hygienists in Dr. Pabst's office and they are two of the finest! Dr. Pabst is a very professional and wonderful dentist !
I went to Dr. Pabst and caught an infection also. He or his dental hygenist missed sterlizing some equipment that they used on me. Of course, they are going to be much more careful and follow procedures when they are teaching assistants, but day to day when they are busy, they made a terrible mistake with me. This is the GOD'S HONEST TRUTH! May I rot in hell and my family rot in hell if I am not telling the truth about Dr. Pabst or his office giving me an infection in my mouth that can not be cured. He should be ashamed of himself and he is not. All he is worried about are lawsuits and his dental practice, but he is not always careful with his patients. Shame on Dr. Pabst! All I can say to the dental hygenist who trained with Dr. Pabst is he or she is very fortunate not to be a patient. I still suffer with mouth ulcers, severe pain, and tooth loss because the infection killed my saliva glands. Bad dentist!
