Dr. Hussein Labib Dental Clinic : Well where to begin. Extremely impolite, unprofessional, to start with! Apparently when you ask them the consultancy charges, you are referred as cheap!
So this was my question in their website
“Hello,
I would like to know the consultancy charges for general cleaning.
Thank you.”
The reply came as:
“Hi Swan,
Thank you for emailing us. I'm afraid you are looking for a cheap dentist. in fact we are not cheap dentists, we provide our patients with distinguished services for reasonable rates. if you feel interested in our services please fix an appointment and we assure you that you won't regret. When the main concern of a patient is to ask about the fee then in most of time he/ she is looking for a cheaper service and we are not providing such cheap services. Those who are interested in the quality of services usually don't ask about the fee first.

And he is still emailing me unnecessarily even though I have specifically told him Not to…
So I called…. And WOW… Not only he is rude, he is a pervert as well. Only if I had a recorder to record the conversation.
An arrogant pervert who has opened this clinic just to have fun.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL….
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
it is really bad to read such words about dr hussein, those words are enough to say who was polite and who was not. The email quoted by the patient seems to be fraud as it is composed of many replies to her insulting emails as I saw the whole conversation. Regretfully the patient was not brave enough to quote here emails or the full conversation. I can say that legally this patient would had been jailed if dr hussein were impolite.
