Dazzle White teeth Whitening

Company information:
Dazzle White
Michigan

I also fell into the well laid trap that Dazzle white sets for unsuspecting people. I receive three in one package before I saw my credit card bill and the charges on it from them 14 days apart. They charged my card 2 times but sent the product in one package. When I checked my card I see they also signed me up for two other weight loss products unknown to me. I immediately contacted my credit card company and contested the charges, they immediately canceled that card and issued me a new one. I contacted all three of the Dazzle White fraudulent companies, 3 different numbers and canceled future orders. I inquired about returning the products and they said I could and gave me a return order number and address which was the same as the return address on the original package. Now I will have to wait to see what happens.

"Dazzle White teeth Whitening" is an unbelievable thief...I have never seen such a fraud before...They claim a free trial while sending you a package of full products and keep charging you...That is the new way of running business in today’s financial crisis...

They are really dangerous liars.

DO NOT TRUST "Dazzle White Pro."...

ok, what you need to do is this: Record and print every conversation and email proof of cancellation. I am telling you now they will continue to charge your account like it's their 16th birthday. Submit this evidence to your bank or cc company. Tell them you want to do a chargeback. They will have to pay your money back PLUS a penalty fee, LOL! You will get your money back, but you just need proof, which most people don't think of, that's why they're getting away with it. Even if you have already cancelled and have a cancellation number, email them or call them again. Record the conversation of them telling you you are canceled. Make note of the date. If they send you anything past this date it is illegal and you will do a chargeback! Ok, if you're on the phone start out by saying this is August, 11, 2009, right? or whatever day it is you call and do this. If you email them, it should have the date and time, but say it just to be sure. This way they will not have a leg to stand on, and yes, they will probaby continue to charge you, so this way you can get em good!

What they are doing is NOT legal no matter what they claim - they are breaking FTC rules on fair disclosure and are using deceptive advertising practices. There are several laws against what they are doing.

Hello,

I'm very concerned that you were not happy with your experience with our company. We take our customer service very seriously. We've done our best to make our offer easy for people to understand. That's why our Terms of Service is located on the order page – near where you had to enter your credit card information. I'd also like to note that you can access our Terms of Service directly from a link at the top of our home page. I'm sorry if you found the terms confusing or did not take the time to read them before you placed your order. What I would suggest is that you send your bottle back today to cancel your order. If it has been less than a month since you found our company, we will honor our 30-day money back guarantee and refund your money right away.

It occurs to me that you may have some additional questions or concerns. If that is the case, our customer support team would like to help you out. You can call us up at 8/6/6-(5/2/8)-(6/2/1/4) or use our 24/7 Live Chat help service. You will find the Live Chat link on our Contact Us page. It can respond to most of your questions and show you how to quickly and easily cancel your agreement with us.

Your happiness is a huge concern of ours. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us so we can resolve this in a way that will be a win/win situation for everyone involved.
Thank you,

JANE JOLI

I was scammed a year ago by, oh I forget the name smile, a teeth whitening company.

I did find this while searching on the internet last month and wanted to see if it was for real and it is. So I decided to post it on every board that is about people being scammed by teeth whitening companies.

Apparently, the owner of this company was scammed years ago and decided to start a company doing things the right way. When I called their customer service number I was speaking to American people, “Wow what a change”. They described their program the following way.

They not only sell product on Amazon, in salons and though their website, they are also allowing anyone who was scammed by a teeth whitening company the opportunity to order refill kits from them as if they were originally customers of theirs. He said that they make a dollar or so for each refill kit sold and the owner wanted to give back to any one that was scammed. They are selling refill kits for $10 each. The link to their offer page is here.

I order last month, the gel pack arrived 5 days later, and there was no surprises. They did not bill me for additional product, etc… I think this is a great thing they are doing to help everyone else…
