1.There was a leakage of water in bedroom ceiling during rainy season during last November 2014.Management office has been informed. The contractor visited the place & suggested to change the outside bricks in November 2014.The manager told that it will be done in April 2015. But so far the work has not been carried out.
2.The heavy wind flow in the bedroom due to old door & frame.
3.The water leakage from upstairs washroom which has made a expense to me, but no action from manager.
4.Balcony restoration is done 3 to 4 years ago, but cracks were developed within 2 months. Manger has been informed but he ignores the same.
5.Now a days cleaning & upkeep of the building is deteriorated.
