Karim Hajee positions himself as a spiritual mentor/life coach and has a refund guarantee for his product. Then he sends out unsolicited emails endorsing a program where the narrator states they can provide bank codes that can automatically have money wired to your bank account from banking institutions and that we should "rip" off the elitists. Once I saw that he was hawking unethical practices, I realized he was a scam artist and that his original program, which has meditation/hypnosis tracks included, were not to be trusted. I requested the refunded guaranteed and he refused to honor it. I would be very cautious about trusting this website and person - he has not honored his word nor has he behaved in a forthright, upstanding manner.

Creating Power customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

I've actually purcahsed a lot of Karim Hajee's material and have never had an issues. I did return one of his cds that I did not enjoy and got my money back right away. I've been on his list for years and the promotion you're referring to didn't promise to wire money to your account. It was actually a course on options trading but it doesn't sound like you even looked at the web page otherwise you would have figured that out. Maybe you purchased something and tried to return it after the return deadline. I think you should follow up with his company, I've had nothing but great service and have spoken with Karim Several times - never had a problem with them.

Hi Eilleen, This is Michael Davis with Creating Power. In response to your refund request you made your request outside the guarantee period and before we could respond you went to paypal and launched a complaint. We then could not issue a refund until the complaint was solved. Once the complaint was solved you received your refund in full and you were able to keep the product. As for the promotional email you received regarding " bank codes that can automatically have money wired to your bank account from banking institutions and that we should "rip" off the elitists" this is simply not true and this is not what we advertised or promoted. We sent out an email about a trading program (as Kevin mentioned in his comment). No one was ripping off anybody or stealing bank codes. You stated this made you scared in an email to us - and we explained it again to you. I am sorry that the promotional email created so much anxiety and angst - we have since removed you from our promotional email list so that you don't receive any such information. But you have received a refund in full and you still have the product. I think this resolves this issue.

Ordered the "creating power" CD set. Not happy with the CD's and they offer a 90 day return policy. I am back and forth with phone calls and emails and they are not wanting to honor their policy. They are not saying I have to "prove" and "demonstrate" that I did all the "materials" what my personal goals are, to talk to a coach and pretty much write an essay about it, they seem to keep coming up with additional reasons not to refund and / or are trying to get past the 90 day mark with a run around. Also when calling I was interrogated on the phone with 20 questions and another time the women just kept saying " oh I can't hear you must be bad connection" and they also will answer the phone then claim it is not "office hours" and to call back and the same women has a few nanes she must have made up. Lots of BS. Just plain ridiculous. I could go on and on. OH and the CD's are so scripted, read word by word and the guys voice is UNBEARABLY ANNOYING!!! Even if the content was ok, good luck listening to them!!! What a scam, beware!!!

I actually had the exact opposite experience. I initially bought one of their products and sent it back, had no hassles. Sure they asked why and I explained my reasons but they had already agreed to issue a refund. A few months later I bought the Creating Power course from them and absolutely loved it. I did the exercises and found it really helped clear up my thinking and helped me get focused. The sound was great and I had no problem with the voice. I'm sure it is scripted but the course is straight forward and clear. I guess by being scripted the author can stay on track. I've actually been in touch with Karim several times and he's been a great help. It's the only course I know of where you can call the author directly, ask questions and actually get a response. Yes I have dealt with the lady you mention, at least I think I have and we had no issues with the phone and she was quite polite. Sounds like you were probably talking over your cell phone and by your complaint it sounds like you just got the course and never did anything with it, why else would you be so upset. I would highly recommend Creating Power and any of Karim's other work. I did go back and order the CDs I originally returned and this time put them to use. He puts a lot into his course, goes out of his way to help, his newsletters are great and I don't think you gave his program a fair chance. I've had no issues with Creating Power and I doubt anybody else with. It's a good company to work with.

Hi Mike, I looked up your information and it looks like you were given full return instructions on 3 separate occasions. We emailed you the information 3 times, I spoke to you personally and gave you the return instructions, and we also contacted you on 2 other occasions to give you the return instructions. Yet to date, you simply have not returned the material. We can't give you a refund unless you send the material back, this is standard procedure for any company. You now have all the information to return the material, as soon as you do that you'll get your refund. You also contacted your credit card company saying you didn't get a refund but you failed to tell them that you didn't return the material so you lost the case. So please, stop bad mouthing the company and saying you got a run around when we gave you the return instructions but you simply choose not to return the material/CDs but kept demanding a refund. If you like you can contact customer service again and we'd be happy to give you the same information again. At the end of the day you have to return the material to get a refund.

Just wanted to let you know that I looked into this further and found that your package was returned and received by our fulfillment center on October 29th. Typically it takes a week to 10 days for the return to be logged and sent to us. We have gone ahead and issued the refund for the full amount including shipping. Sorry you feel you had a negative experience. Our goal is to make the process simple and easy and have taken steps to make sure that this type of experience does not happen again.
