I had ordered a bikini which was a bra+panties. Only the bra came and they told me to wait. After a month I contacted them and they told me it may have been stolen or lost. They refused to try to do anything about it. They said because i wasnt insuded they wont do anything. Other companies insured or not, would have dealt woth this issue. They were also very rude about this! Will not buy from again!
p.s. the product name is "Lingerie Brassiere NH5018TB". Product name is also not including "panties." If you still have our email, please confirm again.

You said "I had ordered a bikini which was a bra+panties.", but it's wrong.
The product you ordered is "bikini" only. The model in the picture is wearing panties too, but we wrote "Bikini Brassiere" in the contents column.
And we cautioned "The parts not written in the 'Contents' column are not included." under the picture.
So, this trouble is completely your misunderstanding.
To other customers: Almost all the complaints were caused by customers' misunderstandings or ignorance of sales policy like this case. Please don't trust the complaints on the internet.
