Back on 09/27/15 I purchased a bag and used my 25% coupon. When I got the bag home I decided I did not like the color. I went back to the store a few days later and got the same bag in a different color, they applied the 25% off coupon. As it turned out, I was still not happy with the bag, so I went back a few days later and bought a different style. I asked if they were going to apply the discount And they said no because it was a different style bag. The only reason I went to coach for a bag in the first place was due to the discount. Now I have a new bag 25% more then I wanted to spend. As it turns out Macy's and Lord & Taylor have the same bag right now @ 25% off. It makes me so angry that coach would not apply the 25% discount. I will never purchase another coach product again. Very poor customer service.
