!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Scam, complex contracts, hidden fees small print .I read a complaint on google and I relate to what another person wrote about the overcharging and lawn furniture missing had a similar incident with this company!very expensive

CLC Landscape Design has been a great company to work with. They did a great landscape installation in my back yard and have been maintaining it for years. I was shocked to see such a complaint on the the internet.

I have a complaint with CLC Landscape Design which involves a copyright violation. They took an image which belonged to me and loaded it on their web site. When I contacted Rich and informed him of the violation, he was initially contrite. When I requested a very modest compensation, he balked. My attorney has been informed. I cannot attest to their competence of landscape work, but I can say that any company that knowingly takes the images of another and then refuses to compensate them is not anyone I would want to hire for my landscape projects.

As an employee of CLC, we care greatly about our customer service. We appreciate all feedback. However, we have never worked for a Mr. Swanson...the person who posted the above complaint. I do not know it is a mistaken post or a malicious act by a competitor. I urge anyone coming across this complaint to consider the dozens testimonials praising our service and our employees on our website. - Rich

Some landscaping overcharge customer, not keep their word and cut corners, shrink the bed of topsoil and the worst such a company should be the Beauty Landscaping & Nursey in Newfane, New York.
