I was just going over my bank statements and noticed that for the last 4 months I have been getting charged 12.95/month for something I have, no clue what it is. It just shows on my bank statement CIC Triple Advantage. I don't not want this product/service.

Thank you and I will be contacting my bank.

I don't even remember signing up with CIC. They have been taking out of my checking account for a minute now. I am a single mother and I have every bit of proof that this is going on. Can anybody come up with a way to stop them?

To whom it may concern,

If you are going to post that it is a free credit report and yet you still charge people who do not cancel your service within 30 days then it is not free. I do not appreciate having money charged onto my account just because you have the information needed to charge a certain amount each month. You may be offering people great opportunities to check their credit but if you are charging them on their cards without them noticing then you are not benefiting anyone and you are taking their money dishonestly.

I have been getting charged every month for service i don't want. I called the subscription after the 30 day trial period, and am still getting money taken from my account. I am going to take every measure necessary to get all of my funds refunded and i will also be contacting the better business bureau.

I too have been taken by this so-called "free" credit report. Every month my bank account is charged for this ridiculous service that has not done anything for me. I demand that it be cancelled immediately. Legal help is in the offing.

I also just realized that I was being charged 12.95 monthly. I know I wouldn't have agreed to that if it was obviously stated. I just noticed it on my bank statement twice and googled cic triple advantage, and it brought me to this page. I can't believe that this company is getting away with this. I'm going to attempt to have my bank dispute the charges.

I signed up for the service knowing that if I didn't cancel I would be charged 12.95/month after 30 days. However at this point I no longer want the service. I went to log in, hoping to find the phone number so I could cancel. I couldn't remember my username and p/w so I filled in the 'lost password/username' form, and it says that my information isn't there, that my account doesn't exist, yet I'm still being charged!!!! How can I cancel a subscription that they say doesn't exist and stop them from charging me 12.95 a month? Will having my bank do a stop payment work, or will that only work once? Is it illegal to just have this debit card canceled and get another one? What do I do?!

I too was scammed by credit expert. They drafted $9.95 twice out of my bank account. I called to cancel my account and they did. They have processed my refund also. Please be aware of credit expert. If you don't cancel your membership, they are authorized to take monthly fees from your account.

By the time I noticed the 8 months of $12.95 charges, it was way too late. I tried to have my bank dispute it but they said I was to blame for not investigating sooner.

I called CIC Triple Advantage, at 877-481-6825 but could get no refund or no claim, as I was the one who failed to read the fine print, and did not check the box to stop the monthly charges that would start after 30 days of the "free credit report".

Expensive lesson learned, and there are so many other fraudulent businesses out there preying on inexperience and....negligence.

Same story as everybody else here, although they can't seam to find my account to cancel it. so now im being charged for there service that they can't shut down. (or won't) I got a feeling that these people are just saying that to get the duped "customers" to not cancel.

I blame everybody who works for that company. If you work for them your just as much a crook as the excutives that started this scam.
