False charges for services not used!

They charged my card and didn't receive any emails or bills in the mail and now they charged my card for 2 months. Because card was at credit limit they charged me $39 over charge fee. So basically $64.90 it cost me for the service I haven't used.

I did not authorize this charge of $14.95 a month to my credit card. I am not sure how they even got my card number. Maybe this is more than fraud!..Because card was at credit limit they charged me $39 over charge fee..I don't want that service.
