The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

It seems like to me, that Cathryn Lyons & her boss Miss Janet Larson, should be more concerned with doing their jobs better, than responding to complaints on the internet! I mean, I get tired of seeing people on the job- NOT doing their JOB, they talk on the phone & play on the computer all day, and it's not right that they should get paid just to do that, ANYONE can sit at home and do that, and instead of researching complaints, they should be researching ways to help their patients better, and make them happy, NOT PISSING THEM OFF! (If you're not doing your job-you shouldn't be WORKING AT ALL !) Larson's "damage control" plan, only shows that her & her staff -haven't change their attidute towards negligent medical care, and that they DON'T care about their patients, or giving them quality medical care (like so many other crappy & racist doctors in Georgia-Carolina)!

GHSU Continues to Support Racist Policies & Wrongful Job Terminations: AUGUSTA, Ga. – 8/30/11 Another Employee, an Administrator has filed a Discrimination lawsuit against GHSU, being harrassed and victimized by Campus Security for just checking his email! Numerous lawsuits & complaints have been filed against this Racist Hospital. Angelica Walker, a new employee was fired just for coming into work one minute late. Recently a nurse was fired for just ordering chinese food, on her lunch break. Ridiculous mandates and polices to stalk and harrass any Black man on campus who doesn't dress like employees, have mounted recordbreaking lawsuits against this historically racist & feminist institution. Even their patient advisory department is a joke, the hospital's administration does little to nothing to adequately address the more serious allegations against hospital staff; and police, such as: Sex offences, racial slurs, false arrests, library staff making personal phone calls all day during work, downloading pornographic material, ticketing drivers for non-traffic violations, barring mostly black men (employees/students) from using the same facilities as white employees, sexual discrimination, and embezzlement. Their Family Medicine clinic prescribing harmful mediciations and killing some of their own patients, encouraging homosexual doctors to sexually assualt patients, hospital staff cursing and physically threatening patients on a daily basis. Firing mostly black employees for committing the same violations that white employees will not get fired for, Supervisors verbally abusing their co-workers, not to mention this so-called college/hospital has 3 different business names for one Institution (MCG Health, Medical College of Georgia, and GHSU), and has changed Presidents more times than high schoolers have changed career choices! GHSU has often been exposed for hiring people (mostly whites and women) who are unqualified to work at their job positions, hiring ex-patients & people who have filed complaints against them, as Patient Advisors- to discourage them from filing future lawsuits against the hospital. The general public needs to be reminded of what this institution really represents, and GHSU is just one of many corrupt organizations that is an embarrssment to the state of Georgia...

Don't live in racist cities like: Belvedere, Aiken, Clearwater, North Augusta ! I've been a Firefighter for over 6 years, and in January of 2011 I was hired as a firefighter for The Racist Belvedere Fire Dept., soon after working there for several months, I stopped going because of white firefighters using racial slurs! I came back on 10/25th @ 7pm after leaving the Dept., and being told that I was welcomed back, I was pulled over by a racist ***tard & a corrupt cop (who happened to be the new Fire Chief !) He told me that he would falsely arrest me if I ever came back to the Dept., because they have changed the rules since I left & that they don't allow any black firefighters to work there! And That's not the first time that has happened - I have been treated unfairly & harrassed by The Clearwater Fire Dept.! I've lived in S.C. for over 20 yrs. & False Arrests, Rampet Racism, & Government Corruption has always been a way of life.. Something should be done to stop these degenerates, I don't no how they sleep at night! You'd think with a Black President in office, and all the nightmarish horror that racism has done to this Country in the 60's -These ***holes would get a clue & GROW UP! ALREADY!

I am posting this comment here to make sure, respectfully, that you get my message, Ms. Darren:
As the office manager for Dr. Larson, it is part of my job to do everything I can to help our patients to feel comfortable and confident in our practice and Dr. Larson's ability to care for them. This includes, among other things, learning of any poor reviews that our office has received, so that I can work to improve our performance as a practice. A high-risk pregnancy is a time of great emotional upheaval in the lives of those who experience it, and their loved ones. We in our office do everything we can to approach such times with empathy and honesty -- Dr. Larson herself experienced a risky pregnancy, and is in this business because she cares deeply for EVERY mother, father, and child who come into her office.
If you have come to our office and feel that your experience could have been better, then please, TALK TO ME! It is easy to make a post on an internet forum to tarnish someone's good name, but the way to realize ACTUAL CHANGE is by making your concerns heard to someone who can do something about them.
