my land line number is 040 - 23890967 . its out of order for past 1 week we have broadband connection also from past 1 week it is also not working.please kindly rectify the problem.
my bsnl telephone no 2290429 in gorwa exchange Vadodara is DEAD from 25th, march, 08. After a couple of visits i was advised to file official telephonic complaint ; which i filed on 31st march, 08(no. 42398). Repeated followups resulted in today-tomorrow. On 7th april, 08 i was told that their record shows that my complain was attended.I protested that nobody has come to attend nor my telephone has started than how can BSNL record can change.I was rudely told to file another complain if i want to start my telephone. Is it some gimic to reduce pending complain?

Since last 20 days my phone is not working. We have given a compliant and they came and rectified after 10 days. Then it works for 1 day with husky noice and the next day onwaords again its dead. After again i have given a compliant. So far no one attended for the complaint. Last 20 days means i lost one months bill. Who will pay the same.

I have a lendline phone at my home 0294-2493707 and Broadband connection in Udaipur.
From Last two years its not working properly and after many complaints, concerned department tried to repair but with no result.
Presently I have three problems in phone, first cross connection, call distrubance and phone disconnect after one ring.
Please do the needful immidiately.
