Brookfield Homes review: Customer Service/Home Warranty

Since purchasing our Brookfield home, the customer service with walkthrough repairs and the 45 day punch out list has been pathetic. Every conversation is a battle ... Only excuses and delays are their response to structural and cosmetic complaints. It's been a constant battle with the uppers in our region to take ownership of the issues presented and then resolutions to fix them. We are very disappointed with the management within Brookfield Homes here in Virginia and would not recommend purchasing a new home from them. Because we are retired military, we have extensive experience with builders and have purchased 5 homes in the past 20 years. Our favorite builder by far has been Miller and Smith. We will or purchase another Brookfield Home!
