I oredered the products (cream) on 10 May 2014. Till todate no products send to me. I already emailed to them 5-6 times but only auto reply (received of my email). on my 1st email, they requested me to check my Post Centre if the items was left there. But nothing for me at the Singapore Post.
I hope something can be done and need your help. Thank you in advance.

Bought the product in December payment went through on the 27th of Dec. For follicle rx. I have not received any products as I paid R2300 for this product I want answers as to why I have no idea received it and if you not sending it then return my dam money. I have been emailing for how long looking for answers but no response

This company is a SCAM. My sister ordered a cream worth php8, 000 plus but no product arrived. All reply emails from them are templated..

Looks like I am not the only one that ordered the product and never receive anything, almost 7 months many emails many calls and now the sudden the identify you from the phone that you are calling an answering machine respond and say “please wait” on the phone 7 times 30 minutes each and a hang up!’ No money back no product no contact however I will keep going until something happens! It is not right to get the money from people and no product and no money back

They debited my credit card for products that I never received after 2 months, still no products.
When I call them they gave me a Fake Tracking no. and untrackable with the shipping company.

The person I spoke with sounds dishonest and devious. They do not want to help you.

I have been scammed for 180 US dollars.

We ordered 1 of Follicle Rx on this site on 30th July'2017. The money was deducted the same day.
But till date the tracking number given does not show any movement.

Please let us know when we will get the product ?

I think this is a hoax site.

We should ban this company if it exists.

And keep charging me for monthly membership.

I emailed them for tracking number. Never give me number. There's no reciept.

Be careful of this scam.

I purchased $344 in bellavei products and they never arrived, it's been already two months and when tried to reach customer service they only sent automatic response and after that never communicated with me. I only think this company is a serious scam, please beware and never do business with those people !

I also ordered FolicleRx in August 2017 and to date have not received the package worth R1 380. The only answer I receive is they have no tracking the parcell once in South Africa, which is rediculous. Today is 13 April 2018 - no refund received either.

I have a bad experience with Bellavei about their product FollicleRX. Its been 3 month since my order last July 2017 an up until now I am hoping that they will directly ship the product as per agreed in the email convo and automated reply. Now I noticed some of the comments above about this fraud and scam owner of the site. I would like to tell everyone that I was once SCAMMED by FOLLICLERX. Beware next time #FOLLICLERX #Scam

I’ve ordered my FollicleRX on the 17th August 2017. And made my Payment of R804.00.
According to my tracking number, my order has arrived at the destination country on 2nd September 2017.
Today is the 18th September 2017 (16 days later), and I haven’t received anything yet.
Normally delivery in South Africa is within 48 hours.
They tell me its “Due to high demand for our product you may experience shipping delays”.
I know this is a system generated message. My order already arrived at the destination country on the 2nd September 2017, so there can’t be any shipping problems anymore.
And they won't or cant tell me where I can trace my order!
This is a order for more than R800.00, so I realy would like a decent
answer from your side right now ….

Sorry to hear about your bad experience as well. I have been waiting for almost 3 months now. They have apparently sent the parcel again and should be en route. I unfortunately am down R2400. I will keep you posted if it ever arrives.

Hi all! I have the same experience...i ordered before 2 months back ( I live in Abu dhabi, UAE)and still not delivered despite their claim of max. 21+7 days, more over the order was for around $50 they deducted twice for other item which i din't order, it totalled DHS 689...I was shocked...this is cheat...this should be banned for showing their adds on media so that others can be saved from loosing hard earned money to such disgraced cheater.

I have placed the order for follicle rx on 11/07/2017 from India and i have following complaints
[1] I have not received the product yet.
[2] Not received the payment receipt despite of giving email id and contact number means no communication from their side at all.
[3] They fraudulently deduct the amount without informing you about the price and quantity which is deliberately kept hidden and you came to know about it only when your amount get deducted. I ordered 1 and they charged for 5.
[4] I dont know their mail ID if anybody can help then send it to my email id Adv.iamns@gmail.com
[5] Because of their suspicious conduct i have to block my card and ask for new to my bank which incurred extra cost.
[6] I have no idea whether i will get product of not.
Anybody please help me to get the product or refund ?

I have ordered from them last week, in my case there were two transation happen when i tried doing it for the first time .When I wrote back to them immediatly, they have replied back saying "we have already processed and shipped the product" and now they are not ready to refund for one transactions which has taken place by mistake
Not sure if i would get the product :(

I also ordered and just keep receiving emails to say that i must check my post office - even though i didn't give a post office address - I gave my work address for delivery! i have waited almost 3 months now. Is there no way we can do something about this? is it a scam?

Same story, from Argentina. My mother paid US$ 30, was charged $ 184 and didn't receive the products, just an email that says that from one point of the shipping on they don't take any more resonsibility for the product.

I ordered the product online at $149 and immediately R2065 was debited from my card. They sent the tracking number but it stops when it arrives in SA. One month since it landed in SA - nothing received. Have enquired at Post Office - nothing.

I live in South Africa and ordered Bellavei products at the beginning of August. I have twice tried to communicate with Bellavei Support Team through e-mails about my order and delivery but nothing to this date has materialised. I wish these could be caught and my money be refunded.

I ordered my product 2 months ago and can resonate with each and every one of theses complaints as it appears to be the modus operandi of bellavei to simply respond with an automated response that the product is on its way. Is there any way in which anyone can advise how to best deal with them considering the fact that hundreds if not thousands of people are scammed on a daily basis.
Then the next question is whether these products are safe to use as it most certainly has no credible certifications. This MUST be stopped!

I have ordered Bellavei (from South Africa). It now is getting close to 2 months - no delivery. I have sent email upon email and get a response from Bellavei that once the product leaves their country - they don't take responsibility, and that I need to check at the post-office. Which one? do they believe that South Africa is so backward that we only have 1 postoffice to find everything. When I ordered the package for my mum, the day I ordered Bellavei - the money was paid instantly to them - real money - not paper money - or fraudulent. If I had known of this site, and seen the problems experienced by others - I would not have ordered. I have NEVER had this experience of not getting my product from other companies from overseas - so clearly Bellavei is lying and I can't believe that a company of its supposed reputation does not track its parcels but works with local post, and not couriers. I just want a refund of my money and urge every one even thinking of Bellavei to NEVER NEVER buy from them. It is a SCAM

i live in japan. in the website it says 3, 999 yen for the trial pack then they charge me 18, 000 yen. when i tried to return the product they offered me 50%o off the price. and i agreed. here comes the billing statement of my card and voila no 50% off still 18, 000 yen!

I am Ferdaous from UAE, opposite to the people who complained about order delivery, i ordered Bella Vei and received my order. However my comment here is totally different, I want to say that this product is a real failure, I tried it for 15 days successively and i haven't seen any difference that i just got fed up and stopped using it, as there was nothing of the miraculous effects that we've heard or read about this product. From my own experience of this product I want to honestly advise people to please don't lose your money on this useless product please,

I ordered the products (cream) last June 7, 2016 of one bottle each worth Ph 1, 755 and Ph 1, 699 respectively with a total of Ph 3, 454 but to my bill account it reach to Ph 7, 514.53. Till to date no products send to me.

I hope you can do something for an immediate action.

Yes..I also face the same problems as u do. They should written clearly it is for per bottle so people will be more cleared. After I settled the payment then only I noticed my credit card charged me about 5x the amount of the goods. Feel cheated by them. Even I received those skincare but dare not try to use it yet. Should I throw away?

Same here. We are in South Africa. They tell you on their site that it is one price then take a few thousand then never deliver. Goods ordered on 19 May 2016 and not arrived. They tell you to go to the post office but don't provide any details and refuse to assist you. They are very rude and for sure this is a scam

I have ordered on 16 june 2016 and I received it by 28 june 2016. Unfortunately I heard people said it is a scam. Their products are not as good as what they advertised. Might afraid side effect after using it. Anyone has any problems after using it? Please advise. Tqvm.

I also made an order last february 2016 and up until now I dont have my orders.:-( they keep on telling me back and forth that they cant track my package once shipped. We should file complaint against them.they are doung bad business and we are paying a big amount.the products are not cheap.

I have ordered before... And been using it for a while... Then recently i asked my brother who lives inUSA to get me some.. And found out they dont do transactions for USA... Its a scam... Why would they say its made for and shipped from USA yet they dont deliver or make transactions for that country?

Same here. I ordered the products to Netherlands in the begin of 2016 and since now I only received emails reminding me of patience. The reasons explained are changing. First they claimed its on the way and provided me with a tracking number which did not fit the details of the curier, then checked my postal adres, then wrote they would send it again, then asked for patience. I found their ad in facebook.

I got the bad experience when it said 69 USD for each product. i choose one of them but it comes three of them with 3 times charge. Additionally, the charge membership fee to me at 9.95 USD per month which I am not aware at all.

Same story here. Ordered early April and received order confirmation on April 8. It's been 6 weeks and i have not received order. I just sent them mail. Hope it's not a scam because the product looks good.

Im here living in Japan I order last April 18 2016 and they send me a confirmation email that they already ship the item on April 19... I know it will took long days because since it is free shipping they use the cheap shipping process.. I waited Yesterday I received the item..may 7 2016.. The items is made in USA ...
