AVOID THIS COMPANY Bought a remote control helicopter as a borthday present for son. Didn't work. sent series of 6 e-mails. They kept sending replies saying please try to see if it works, take video of toy not working (huh?), take video of address label, please try to see if works, . Didn't come in product box. just styrofoam. Finally protested to Amex after 2 months of this ridiculousness and banggod replied i would have to send back to china even though it was shipped from near us in CA and that I would have had to send it back w/i 3 days. All absurd. AVOID THIS COMPANY

ordered 2 Chuwi phablets, one works great. the other does not work and has a dead screen. Banggood customer service makes unreasonable requests like photos of the problem are not good enough, they want a video. just stalling tactics hoping i will go away or give up. unhappy Florida USA customer.

bought a car dash camera the battery was flat so I CHARGED OR ATTEMPTED TO IN THE CAR the camera got really hot and after it cooled down I couldnt get it to boot up guess something had burnt out inside of the camera I contacted Banggod by the chat line explained everything asked for a prepaid label so as to send it back and get a refund they asked for a lot of details etc some which I didnt have all I got was sorry cant help have a nice day cancelling my account and giving negative feed back rubbish aftersales and customer care

Purchased an action camera SJcam SJ5000 in Aug 2015 . Order number 8276391. Camera was found to be faulty - it has never been used to take a single video. Banggood insisted I send it back for repair rather than replacement which I did.
They have refused a replacement camera despite the camera having never worked and have insisted on a repair. Over 35 emails sent. 6 months wait and I still don't have the camera or money back .
I order 5 3.7 Lipo batteries from Banggood China, they did ship it Via Sweden post.
Sweden post did detain the shipment as it is unfit for air shipping, once I informed Banggood they are in complete denial and they do not want to make me a refund.

For the ones who don't know file a reports with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General of that state. That seems to get attentions of Companies that deal in the USA. Also keep the pressure on with on going emails, phone calls and letters. Post on all sites that take complaints. There many sites to post on. Start your own Facebook on the Company. I think by now you get the picture for words on the net gets around with enough post of complaints.
Just got scammed by Banggood. Ordered a 45$ nightvision camera and payed 9$ for transport. They sent a 7$ mobile car mount.
Avoid Banggood, stay away! !
I bought my wife a pair of boots in the right size..they didn't fit..I have to pay double to send them back.
I am a senior and assumed return shipping was free. They even went as far as trying to just get me to keep them and putting some money back on my credit card. Every possible way to weasel out of me getting a refund.

well some one needs to go to spec savers and have their eyes checked ordered shoes gave the size I wanted got them a size to big can not wear them

Watch out! Price was great, I paid in full, the website says it shipped airmail immediately, 30+ days later it has not arrived, 6 attempts to gain a reply from the company have had no response, now expect my payment is not recoverable.
Bought a telephone. Telephone damaged right away. Send it back. That was a year ago. They keep answering that they are busy with it, thank you for your mail, or it is a holiday but no warranty. Telephone was over 100 euro's.
