In July 2015 I watched a long advertisement on-line for a rejuvenating skin cream, only because I found the ad itself fascinating. As the male voice spoke, a highly skilled artist's hand quickly sketched pictures of what he was talking about. The ad described in great detail a product called Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm Sculpting Cream. It also gave detailed information on the founders of this amazing product, two very successful & prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeons still in practice. I don't recall their names, but I do remember their office address in Beverly Hills was given. At the end of the ad, an offer was made to try the skin cream risk-free for only $4.95 to cover the cost of shipping. Thinking I didn't have much to lose, I typed in my personal & credit card info. This was a big mistake. Less than two weeks later, two small identical cardboard boxes arrived in the mail one day apart. One box contained a small cylinder of FINESSE FACE SERUM. The other box held a small cylinder of DELUXE EYE THERAPY. Each came with very similar-looking packing lists. The Finesse packing list gave a toll-free customer service phone number. The Deluxe Eye Therapy packing list gave both a customer support phone number and a website: [protected]@deluxeantiaging.com. The phone numbers were different. Neither packing slip gave a company name, which I thought was a little strange. On the mailing labels on the boxes, both gave the same return address of P.O. Box 25380, the same city Santa Ana, CA, and the same zip code [protected]. It did not occur to me at the time that these products made no mention of Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm Sculpting Cream. I just assumed what was mailed to me was what I had ordered on-line. My bank statement for July-August 2015 showed one $4.95 charge by AAM*SKINRENEWAL made on 7/11/15, with a phone number of [protected]. There was another charge for $3.95 by BAA*BEGINANTIAGING made on 7/28/15, with a different phone number, [protected]. At this time I didn't think there would be any other charges from these "companies" on the bank statement, and I didn't look further. I should have been more careful. Several days later I noticed two other charges on the same bank statement which upset me very much. BAA*BEGINANTIAGING charged me an additional $89.10 on 8/10/15. AAM*SKINRENEWAL charged me $89.53 on 8/11/15. The following morning after I discovered these additional charges (on 8/29/15), I called the customer service phone number for BAA*BEGINANTIAGING [protected]). I told the young lady that I did not authorize the $89.10 credit card charge. She then explained to me that I had a time limit to try out the product. If I didn't respond to them before that time limit, I would be charged the full price for the Deluxe Eye Therapy. I told her more than once that I was unaware of any time limit when I placed the order. Otherwise, I most certainly would have called them in time to stop any further charges. She asked me if I tried the product? I told her I didn't even open the container, that the seal was still intact. She then informed me that no refunds are allowed, even if I returned the unopened Deluxe Eye Therapy. I figured it was probably my own fault for not noticing the response time limit when I placed the order, so I stopped arguing with her. However, I made it clear that I didn't want any more of their products sent to me or credit charges made. She encouraged me to try the Deluxe Eye Therapy and said I would be happy with the result. She offered to reduce the charge for the next shipment by 50%. I told her I wasn't interested. Then she offered a 75% reduction. I repeated that I didn't want anything more to do with them. She gave me a cancellation number, C371617, and assured me no further shipments or credit card charges would be made. I thought that was the end of it and resigned myself to paying the $187.53 total charges, and to let that be a lesson to me for my own carelessness. A week or so passed. Then I was dismayed to find a familiar small cardboard box in my mail. It was another container of Deluxe Eye Therapy. I wondered if the lady I had spoken to on the phone on 8/29/15 had sent me another month's supply to placate me for not giving me a refund. Then I decided to check my on-line banking for another charge. I was considerably angered to find an additional $89.53 charge made on 9/15/15 by AAM*SKINRENEWAL. I immediately called the customer service number I had used on 8/29/15 and told the lady that answered that I had just received more of their product in the mail and that my credit card was charged an additional $89.53. I told her I had called on 8/29/15 and cancelled ALL future shipments and charges, and had a cancellation number to prove it. She put me on hold for a minute, then came back and said my account had been cancelled. She asked me what I had received in the mail? I told her it was another container of Deluxe Eye Therapy. She said her company does not handle that product. She told me I need to contact THAT company to cancel future shipments from them. Incidentally, around this time I happened to be on-line and noticed the same ad for Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm Sculpting Cream. This was when it fully dawned on me that what I had ordered was NOT what had been sent. There was never a mention of Beverly Hills MD and/or Lift & Firm Sculpting Cream on either the products, packaging, or when I called the customer service number and spoke to the ladies. I watched the entire ad again (still entertaining) to carefully note at the end their offer to try the cream risk-free for only the cost of shipping. I wanted to see if mention was made of a time limit in which to respond to cancel my order. To my surprise, the end of the ad did not describe the risk-free offer. Instead, it gave the cost of the Sculpting Cream: 1 bottle for $49., 2 bottles for $43. each, and 3 bottles for $40. each. It also encouraged an immediate response as quantities of the Cream were very limited. This was different from what I had originally watched back in July. Something fishy is going on here. OK, back to just hanging up with the lady from BAA*BEGINANTIAGING's customer service. After waiting a few minutes to calm down, I called the customer support number on the Deluxe Eye Therapy packing list, presumably AAM*SKINRENEWAL. I spoke to a young man this time. He seemed very nice. I explained my problems to him in detail. I told him it was not explained to me that the products were sent by totally different and separate companies, and that I needed to cancel future shipments with BOTH companies. I told him that I live on a fixed income and can't afford these big credit card charges (which is true). I told him I never used the Deluxe Eye Therapy and that both containers were still sealed. I told him I wanted to return them and get a refund. He was sympathetic but explained that refunds are not possible. I didn't argue. I did tell him it was strange that I had watched & responded to an on-line advertisement for a product called Beverly Hills MD Lift & Firm Sculpting Cream. I took them up on their offer to try this product risk-free for only $4.95 and gave my name, address, and credit card info. Instead, I was sent totally different antiaging skin care products from two separate companies, both in Santa Ana, CA. How did they get my personal and credit card info? I remarked that I also found it odd that the mailing boxes, shipping labels and packing lists were very similar between the two companies. He explained quite candidly that info on customers and their credit card numbers are freely "shared" with different companies that reside in the same geographic area. I found this explanation astounding but didn't say anything to the young man. Apparently he didn't see anything wrong with this business practice. He asked me if there was anything else he could do for me? I told him no, thanked him and hung up. The most desirable resolution to my complaint is for me to return all items and have my charge account credited in full. I would also ask for an official investigation of these companies including Beverly Hills MD for fraudulent practices, specifically sharing customer's personal information and credit card numbers with other companies, and representing one company as two separate entities. It is quite obvious from the identical return addresses and similarities described above that AAM*SKIN-RENEWAL and BAA*BEGINANTIAGING are one company. I don't know how to copy documents into files or upload or drag files to this location. I can make copies of all pertinent documents (shipping labels on the mailing boxes, packing lists, notes I made of phone calls to customer service numbers, my bank statement, and e-Banker record from the computer that shows the latest credit card charge) and mail them to you.

Dear Betty,
The exact same thing happened to me this past Spring. I reported AAMSKINRENEWAL to [redacted].com. You can read the report on the website as it is still on there. Also, I urge you to tell your story to [redacted].com. As well, I contacted my Credit Union and Credit Card Company. They REFUNDED all my money in July of 2015.
A letter dated October 2, 2015, from my Credit Union, informed me AAMSINRENEWAL/REJUVENPLUS will, ONCE AGAIN, be DEBITING my checking account on October 8, 2015. ( I was given FOUR DAYS notice as I RECEIVED the letter on Monday, October 5, 2015) in the amount of $132.59...! I called my Credit Union Charge Back Services to get the Debit STOPPED and the "recording" told me it had to GO THROUGH MY BANK before I could TRY to get a REFUND!
Today, October 6, 2015, I have RETURNED the REJUVENPLUS via the U.S. Postal Service. I DID NOT order these products and I DO NOT intend to PAY for them!
