DON'T buy their products. Their products do NOT have the quality they promote. They have no credibility whatsoever. The description of their products is NOT related to that of the manufacturer. Representatives misguide customers when making a claim. The worst company for car products.
They kept me waiting for a response for more than 3 weeks giving misleading information about the claim until the very last minute I contacted the warranty staff who were not aware of any claim until I called. They explained the details of the product that does not match what the seller is advertising in their public web page in terms of weight.

Our landlord raised the rent. So did all other landlords in Arizona. So... We had to move halfway across the country. But did we want our catalytic converter stolen on the way? No. So we bought the Cat Clamp from Auto Accessories Garage. It said "universal". We brought it to the mechanic who said it doesn't work on Toyota Rav4. So I went to return it they wanted me to print a ups label. I couldn't. Printer is packed up. So the guy on the phone said if I went to usps, they'd refund shipping fee as a courtesy. Long story short they never did. And said the fine print tells consumers there must be a 3 inch clearance on the vehicle. How would I know that about my car? It says UNIVERSAL. Why would I think it wouldn't fit? And why won't they honor their promise?

Waste of time
I would not recommend AutoAccessoriesGarage to anyone. Even though they have a really nice and customer friendly support staff they are still very unprofessional and unreliable as a company.
Ordered a kit from these guys and it took forever to receive it. When it finally arrived it was not what I have ordered and it was also damaged during the shipment.
Contacted customer service and it took them forever to resolve my issue. The whole return process was a real nightmare. In the end I got my refund, but I wasted too much time on that.

After almost 2 months, still no delivery
I ordered auto accessories from the website www.autoaccessoriesgarage.com. I placed the order 6 weeks ago, but these ### still haven’t delivered my order. They charged me within couple of minutes, but after that no info, no communication and they delivered nothing. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website. As well as someone can help me to get money back from these scammers.
