Attorney Alan Tschida review: Unethical behavior

Last September MR Tschida, was negotiating a property sale on behalf of his client and informed us via e-mail that the terms of our offer had been accepted. Given his representation we spent money and time preparing for a closing, only to find out that he had assisted his client in working with a second buyer. He outright lied to us, costing us money and opportunity. Around our families he is referred to as Mr Ta cheat ya. Be very, very careful if you find yourself dealing with him as he has shown lack of integrity and honor
